Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersGreat cooking performance but takes up quite a bit of space
This air fryer has a lot going for it. The food comes out delicious, cooks evenly, and develops a nice texture without needing much oil. I’ve used it for a variety of foods, and the heating performance has been consistent and reliable. One of my favorite features is the glass baskets. It’s nice being able to see the food while it cooks. The glass also feels easy to keep clean and doesn’t retain odors the way some other materials can. Cleanup is very convenient because the baskets are dishwasher safe.

The only downside for me is the size and weight. The glass construction makes it quite heavy, and it takes up a significant amount of counter space. If you have a small kitchen or limited storage, that’s definitely something to consider before purchasing.

Performs well; love the glass dishes BUT…you can’t buy replacements if needed
I have a 4 year old Ninja air fryer. It still works well but seems so big and unattractive sitting on my kitchen counter.

This new air fryer is sleek and attractive but does it work well?

The answer is yes. At least for french fries. I’ve honestly only used my air fryer for french fries and crisping up leftovers—which they work great for! Never actually cooked anything. Guess I should try that?

So I made fries in both air fryers at the same time and they came out pretty much exactly the same—well cooked and crispy; timing was the same. So if I have a choice when functionality is the same? I’m choosing the one that looks better and I definitely prefer the glass dishes for appearance but also to see what’s going on with the food! I also like this air fryer’s basket better. Much better. And that it’s square and not round.

That being said, just so I would know, I looked to see if you could buy replacement glass dishes for this brand, and the answer to that is no. So that is a bit of a concern to me. It said that I could contact the company and it was possible they could round up a replacement dish, but that didn’t sound very assuring. And because they are glass, the possibility of breakage is most definitely there sothere’s that to consider. I saw where others somehow used glass Pyrex dishes instead? Haven’t needed to go down that road yet and I hope I don’t.

My sister is getting my old Ninja. Ha.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersCook, serve, wash, store - Easy
This air fryer uses interchangeable glass cooking bowls instead of the traditional drawer-style basket approach. Even among other fryers that use glass bowls, this has several practical design changes that I found preferable in day-to-day use.

First, this arrived very well packaged with no issues related to the glass components. Setup was straightforward and the interface is intuitive, especially if you’ve used air fryers before.

The biggest advantage for me is the use of removable glass bowls instead of the typical deep drawer-style baskets used by most air fryers. The drawer systems on many competing models can be awkward to clean, difficult to inspect while cooking, and generally take up a large permanent footprint on the counter (because they are harder to store in cabinets). With this design, you can easily monitor the food during cooking and then use the same bowl to serve and store leftovers afterward. The cord is about 40″ long.

This is also especially well-designed for people who do not want to leave an air fryer sitting on the counter full time. The modular construction makes it much easier to store in standard kitchen cabinets. Many competing basket-style air fryers – even the most popular one that uses glass bowls – remain extremely tall and bulky, while this system breaks down into more manageable pieces.

The glass bowls themselves are well thought out. They have rubberized feet along with an insulating plastic base plate. The set also includes a silicone mat and insulated oven mitts, which I appreciated, although I found they were not always necessary. After cooking chicken at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, the insulating base on the larger 6.3QT bowl did not become excessively hot. I was comfortably able to remove the heating unit and relocate the bowl without feeling like I was at risk of burning myself. There is also no chance of keeping the heating element on while not over a glass bowl. When you remove it, the display changes to “OP” for open and the unit turns off (see image).

Another convenient touch is that the included lids fit both bowls since the diameter is shared and only the depth differs between the 6.3QT and 4.4QT versions. That makes the cook/serve/store workflow genuinely practical rather than gimmicky.

I also appreciated the flexibility of the cooking controls. While the appliance includes a variety of presets for common foods, you can also manually dial in your own temperature and cooking duration rather than relying entirely on presets.

For my first test, I used frozen chicken tenders that did not include specific air fryer instructions. I partially defrosted them in the microwave for a few minutes and then cooked them in the larger 6.3QT bowl at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. One interesting difference compared to many drawer-style air fryers is that there is no preheat requirement, which simplifies the process.

The results were impressive for a first attempt. The chicken turned out crispy on the outside while remaining tender on the inside. I think the deeper design of the larger bowl helped avoid overly browning the exterior before the inside was fully cooked. The transparent glass construction also makes it much easier to visually monitor the cooking progress without repeatedly opening a drawer and interrupting the cooking cycle.

Cleanup was also easier than expected. The glass bowls clean easily in the dishwasher and a bottle brush works particularly well for cleaning the metal grate inserts.

From a health standpoint, some buyers will also appreciate the absence of nonstick-coated baskets. The tempered glass cooking surfaces avoid the coating wear issues that can develop over time with some traditional air fryer baskets.

Overall, this feels like a genuinely practical redesign of the basket-style air fryer concept rather than just a cosmetic variation.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMore like 4.5 stars, but still very good
I’ve been using a Ninja air fryer for a while, but liked the idea of the glass dish on this one, so decided to give it a try. So it’s not a brand I had heard of previously, so I wasn’t sure, but have mostly been pleasantly surprised. The biggest benefit to this one is that you can use the size that you need. It comes with both the 6.3 and a 4.4qt glass cooking dishes. With just about every other air fryer, you have one choice for capacity. I’m a single person, so the smaller capacity will almost always be fine for me, but for families, depending on how many you’re cooking for or what you’re cooking, the differing size options is a major plus. Also unlike a lot of other models, this air fryer has a number of preset, single touch settings for different types of foods. In that sense, it’s like a microwave with a popcorn button and a potato button. The first thing I made in this was frozen french fries. I wanted something that if it didn’t come out great, I wouldn’t be too upset. I initially started cooking using the French fries setting, but changed it about halfway through. I’ve always done frozen french fries on a higher temp for a shorter time, but this suggested a lower temp for a longer time. I wasn’t happy with the way they were coming out, so I changed it back to the same settings I use on my Ninja. Another benefit to the glass cooking bowls is that you can see the progress of your food while it is frying. It’s nice not having to stop the machine to check and see when something needs to be flipped or just that it’s progressing as expected. The other huge benefit with this particular air fryer is that it is so much quieter than the other leading friars on the market. Now, when I’m cooking, I generally don’t mind the extra noise, but if you’re looking for something quieter, you may like this one. So how did my french fries turn out? Not bad. I do like them better out of the Ninja, but I would have to cook them on the exact same settings in this one the entire time to really make a full comparison. The settings on this one seem to prefer a lower heat but cooking time is a little bit longer. Overall, it did a decent job. I don’t think I will be swapping my Ninja out for this one, but I’m going to keep alternating until a clear winner emerges. This set comes with a number of extras that make it worth it – it comes with heatproof oven mitts, as well as a silicone mat that you can use underneath the fryer to protect your counter from heat. The two bowls are a huge benefit, especially for larger families, and the fact that the bulls are dishwasher safe. None of my ninja parts go in the dishwasher. So far, I’m not quite as happy with the cooking in this one, but the glass bowls make the process much easier and the machine itself is much quieter which I love. Check out different options. This one’s a little pricey, but if it’s in your budget, it’s a good bang for your buck.

Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersGlass Air Fryer made with healthier cooking materials.
he ‘Glass Air Fryer Non Toxic, 6.3QT & 4.4QT Air Fryer with Dual Glass Baskets with Lids, 8-in-1 Portable Air Fryers Cristal, PFOA & PFAS-Free, Dishwasher Safe, Ideal Kitchen Gift’ is designed with healthier cooking materials.

i have been reluctrant to order a dedicated air fryer because the most of them have non-stick coating, which i was not sure were healthy options for cooking at high temperatures. but when i saw this glass air fryer, i decided to give it a try.

i am not familiar with the brand of this air fryer. it is generic, most likely made at the same chinese factory as popular name brands. the reliability is an unknown factor with this air fryer.

this glass air fryer stands out for its non-toxic design and dual baskets. 2 glass containers eliminate concerns about scratched nonstick coatings and are naturally PFOA- and PFAS-free.

the combination of 6.3QT and 4.4QT glass baskets offers flexibility for small and large families. in addition to 2 glass containers and 2 metal mesh baskets, the order included 2 long silver-colored mittens. i really like them, as most oven mittens are too short and i always feel do not offer enough protection from hot surfaces.

i’ve been using the smaller of the two glass containers for making french fries and baked potatoes. i tried both frozen fries and freshly cut. the frozen fries with just a small amount of oil came out great.

baked potatoes came out good too, and it only took 20 minutes to make them.

i am very impressed by the cooking speed and how quiet this air fryer in operation. it is almost whisper quiet.

one of the selling points of the glass air fryer is the supposed ability to see the food while it is cooking. i found that in reality it is not very convenient, as it requires constant bending to see what is ‘under the hood’. i just lift the top of the flyer to stir the food, if necessary and to see if it is done to my liking. lifting the top is easy, as it has a build-in handle.

speaking of this top. it is made of the black plastic with a built-in control panel on 1 side. the controls respond to a light touch and are very easy to use.

i absolutely dislike the design of this top. while operating, it is not so bad, as the control panel is lit and the displays is changing to show temperature and count-down the time, alternately. however, when not in use, it sits on a kitchen counter like small coffin eye sore. i wish i had an extra room in my pantry to store this air fryer, when it is not in use. not just to free the counter space, but so i do not have to look at it daily.

at the time of the order, this air fryer was $199, which has been now reduced to $159, making a good value for money. recommended.
