The brand of Tuzoc originated from my family life. We lived in a farm since we were young. Every time we could see my parents using traditional water hose, inefficient and hard work. In order to make my parents work efficiently, I started to look for manufacturers to Compare hose quality, function. In the end, I set up a garden hose of my own brand. This journey has been difficult, but it is more of happiness.

I absolutely love these hoses. It is so light and easy to drag. It doesn’t knot up or kink.
The customer service is phenomenal. I purchased this hose 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it started leaking where the brass fitting attaches to the stainless steel on the nozzle end. I merely reached out to them to see if there were was a way I could repair that leaking like you would any other rubber hose.
After sharing photos of the problem and verifying my purchase, they sent me a replacement totally free. I was so surprised because it was unexpected. I just wanted replacement parts!
Do yourself a favor and buy this hose!
Picked this up for outdoor use and it works fine overall, but there are a couple tradeoffs.
The hose itself is durable and does what it’s supposed to do. There is no kinking and it’s easy to move around compared to a standard rubber hose.
Water volume isn’t great though. It’s noticeably lower than a typical hose, so filling things or running a sprinkler takes longer.
My main concern is the fittings. They’re advertised as brass, but they’re already starting to corrode and look/feel more like aluminum. That’s something to keep an eye on long term as they kinda weld themselves to the spigot after a while.
Bottom line: good for light use where flexibility and durability matter, but don’t expect high flow or premium fittings.
A metal hose sounds heavy and cumbersome. It’s not. It’s light, flexible, and is easily dragged across our lawn or deck without all the knots and entanglements that drove us crazy with our other garden hoses. It’s also easy to coil and put away. We love it!
Great Garden hose. I was surprised how light weight it was. It does not kink and it actually takes up less space on my hose rack than my old 100′ regular garden hose. It also comes with a spray nozzle that works fine.
This is, by FAR, the best water hose I have ever used in my life! I have a large property, and there are times when I need an extra long hose to water my various flower beds and small trees/bushes. This one, even though it’s 100 feet long, weighs hardly NOTHING, even when it’s full of water, and is so easy to use. Also, I live in the deep south where the summers are scorching hot, and even outside in the full sun, this hose doesn’t get NEARLY as hot as the standard plastic hoses — and it’s not nearly as HEAVY and hard to drag behind you. It’s also very easy to “roll back up” when you’re finished with it. I ordered my first one about five years ago, it’s still like brand-new, and I have purchased three or four more so I can go anywhere on my property that needs water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
This 100FT metal garden hose works really well for everyday use. It feels strong and doesn’t kink like traditional hoses, which makes watering much easier and less frustrating.
Water pressure is consistent, and the length is great for covering larger areas without needing to move it around too much. It’s also lighter than I expected for a metal hose, so handling and storing it isn’t difficult.
I’ve liked using it overall, but I do wish it held up a bit better after long-term use. Over time, it can start to show some wear depending on how often it’s used and stored.
That said, it still performs well and gets the job done. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want something more durable than a standard hose with less tangling.
We are so satisfied with this item. We’ve always considered watering our plants a chore because of how tiring it is to deal with our garden hose. We’ve tried all kinds of garden hoses that are made of plastic or rubber and we always end up with the same problems; they all kink and are quite heavy. Those kind of hoses get stiff too, which makes it hard to pull around when we water all our plants in the yard.
This metal hose has addressed all our frustrations. It doesn’t kink, is light, and very flexible. We’ve had our first one for more than 2 months and have used it almost everyday. So far, there has been no signs of defects or deterioration of its qualities. We are so impressed and liked this product so much that we bought another one. Wished we’ve purchased this long ago.

I had a number of rubber hoses and finally got fed up with fighting with them all the time to untangle them and lug them to the front of the house. Love that this hose is lightweight and basically disentangles itself. So much easier to work with than a regular rubber hose. The only feature I would like to see added to this hose would be a built in shut off valve. I have seen this shut off valve included in a couple of the other hoses I purchased and I find it to be very convenient. I am not docking any points for this as I was aware of this before I purchased this hose. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase
I purchased the 100 ft version after getting tired of replacing regular garden hoses. My old hose constantly kinked and eventually ended up with several holes because my dog liked to chew on it.
After using this metal hose for a while, I can say it has been a great upgrade. It doesn’t kink, it’s surprisingly lightweight for a metal hose, and so far my dog hasn’t been able to chew through it. The stainless steel outer layer seems much more durable than traditional rubber hoses.
The hose is easy to drag around the yard, coils up nicely, and has worked exactly as advertised. If you have pets, or you’re just tired of dealing with kinked and damaged hoses, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.
