The memory foam cushion feels super supportive and cozy!
The FurFrolic Memory Foam Dog Booster Seat for Small/Medium Dogs has been an absolute MUST for car rides with my pup. He climbs right in and stays calm and comfy the whole trip. The memory foam cushion feels super supportive and cozy, like a little cloud just for him, and it holds up beautifully even after many drives. I love how the booster elevates him so he can look out the window, which has totally cut down on his anxiety and restlessness. The seat’s sturdy design and easy installation make it feel safe and secure, and the washable cover is a huge bonus for messy fur babies. Overall, this dog car seat combines comfort, safety, and style, and I can’t imagine hitting the road without it!
I ordered the “Dog Car Seats for Small Dogs, FurFrolic Memory Foam Dog Booster Seat for Small/Medium Dogs up to 35 lbs, Travel Pet Car Seat with Washable Detachable Cover, Storage Pockets, 2 Safety Belts (Black)” for $37.99 and am really happy with this product. My dog is a 30lb pit bull, chihuahua mix and she fits great and is much more comfortable than trying to lay down on my car’s second row bucket seat.
Easy to assemble, install and use. Looks great! Removable cushion is dense and feels like it will hold up.
Okay, SOI read the reviews and was skeptical but thought, they look really nice, how hard can these be to out together?? Well, I bought two for each of my dogs, and let me tell you, everything you read is absolutely spot on. A few things the directions do not tell you.:
1. Have a very sharp pair of scissors because.NONE of the inserts fit, they are way too long for each pocket so they need to be trimmed.
2. You need a sense of humor.
3. You’ll need to have experience with wrestling grizzly bears, because this one MIGHT take you down

In the photos, you will see how much I had to trim off of each one of the seats in order to get them to fit properly. The second photo is how much they stick out even after shoving all the way down into each of the corners and third photo is of our 18 pound cat that fit in there quite nicely even though it’s not for .

This was the perfect car seat for our 14 lb. Dog! It fits perfectly in my Midsize Truck. Easy to install in vehicle.
I had to add a Boat Cushion to get to the desired height. Assembly with the foam sections was a little difficult but managed to get it together, that kept it at a 4 Rating.
My dog loves it! used to ride on the center console, with no secure system. Now he is secured and safe with plenty of room to sit or lay down.
We are very happy with this booster car seat. We’ve had four different car seat combinations in the past with our 3 poodles and have traveled a bit with them up and down the coast as well as around town. The height of this booster keeps our male from standing up to look out the window (which he did in every lower car seat/stap system I tried). He is not in a harness for the sample photo but he rides with a harness like our female (not just a collar). The fact that our two dogs can be together keeps our youngest pup happy (she kept climbing out of her seat and into his – which can be a challenge while driving). I had to wrap the top stabilizer strap 2x around my head rest as it was too long – no sweat. I added Velcro straps to my car’s seat belt in two places to keep the belts together and flat – keeping the car seat from rising once belt was tightened. I intend to stitch the seatbelt loops on the bottom of the booster seat tighter too as they are really big for us – much larger than a standard car seatbelt – and the seat gets a little too much side movement for my liking. The back stabilizer strap and armrest helps reduce this a little. I also decided to add carabiners to the back of my headrest posts (one on each post) because I just wanted a stronger attachment to the tether restraint (especially for my 14 lb poodle) than the loop on the seat back. All this being typed this is the best car seat I’ve seen. There’s another on here designed in the same fashion but this one has a wider length and width for the inside 6″ cushion. This was very easy to put together. Took me just a couple of minutes. Cushions expanded nicely and fast. I unzipped everything before I opened the compressed cushions and moved quickly to place them – no struggle at all. Our two poodles pictured are about 14 and 6 lbs – the female will get to be around 10 lbs and there’s plenty of room for them to sit and stand together in the seat. I saw another post with two dogs in the seats but really wished I knew their weights.

My dog thinks he’s the king of the world! He used to get bored in car trips but now he enjoys looking out the window while riding. He’s never been one to jump on the window and look out so giving him an elevated spot is perfect. This fits him perfectly as he’s a Shih Tzu / Pomeranian mix. This may sound like a small dog but he runs on the larger size for the breed(s).
The seat itself is fairly well made. The inserts are made from a firm foam so the sides keep their shape well. This also gives him a place to lay his head on when resting. I found it relatively easy to put together – just put the foam pieces in before they fully expand. It’s easy to take in and out of the car, which is good as we only use this for long trips. The only thing I don’t like is storage. It’s rather bulky so finding a place to store it in my house while not in use isn’t fun. But that’s my issue not an issue with the product 🙂
This has been an excellent solution for car travel with my dog.
The height is just right because it raises her up enough to see out the window, but the sides are high enough to keep her feeling secure. This made a big difference since she does not typically enjoy riding in the car.
When used with a harness or safety clip, it keeps her stable and safe. She seems much calmer because she can see ahead but still feels enclosed and protected. We store it in the house in between uses. She likes to use it as an extra bed at home too.
