I bought this hot water dispenser for my kitchen, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. Beats a B- brand
We bought this to replace our temperamental B-brand water boiler. We use it at the Flour Box Tearoom. Keeps water at perfect temp for steeping tea. We go through at least 25 pots per hour during a regular tea service and this keeps up without missing a beat.

Great machine for the price
After I figured out how to program it it seems to work pretty good. It will downgrade the temperature after a while but as long as you’re using it it’ll keep up
Nice product for me
bought this for my teashop and have been using it for a while now, and I’m really impressed. There’s a small support at the bottom to prevent the reservoir from sinking, and the heating speed is excellent—very fast. Installation was super easy, and it even came with extra rubber gaskets. It heats up to 212F with no problem. The water outlet height is perfect, so I don’t have to tilt my bucket to fill it anymore. Overall, Good!
Our shop already had a water heater, but it wasn’t enough for our needs, so we decided to get another one. This one has a sleek and modern appearance, which looks great. It also heats up much faster than the old one, so we no longer have to wait for the water to reheat.
We’re really satisfied with how this water heater performs. In the near future, we may replace the old one with another of the same model soon, placing them side by side.
Additionally, it came with a small accessory to place under cups, which is both practical and stylish. Overall, this is a high-value product with great cost performance.
Good hot water dispense
I bought this for my restaurant to replace a broken famous brand hot water dispenser. Instead of buying the same expensive famous hot water dispenser, I found this affordable replacement. It works great as the famous one but the price is only 30% of the expensive ones. I would recommend this other restaurant owners.
