Sturdy, Simple, and Perfect for Birdhouses!
This is a really good bird feeder post, and PLAPRO did an excellent job with the design. The instructions were so clear that I had it put together in just a few minutes. The squirrel guard arrived a little misshapen, but I’m confident it will round out over time, and it doesn’t affect performance at all.
I’m actually using this as a birdhouse post, and it works beautifully. I love that you can mount a birdhouse from either the back or the bottom, and they even include the screws you need. The forked base grabs into the ground easily, and it’s simple to step on and secure—perfect for my narrow twofoot garden strip along the house where I have to place everything since the lawn is common area.
Because the pole is tall, slim, and rustproof, it keeps the birdhouse high enough for the birds to feel comfortable, and I don’t have to drill into brick. At around $26, I think it’s a fair price for a quality item that can be taken apart, stored, and reassembled whenever needed.
A sturdy, versatile post that does exactly what I hoped it would.
This feeder pole is a really nice upgrade if you’re serious about feeding birds. The heavy-duty construction feels sturdy & stable, and the thicker 1-inch pole gives it a much more durable feel than lightweight alternatives.
I especially like the adjustable head it makes positioning feeders, cameras, or accessories much easier depending on your yard setup. The height is great for attracting birds while helping keep feeders more protected from unwanted visitors.
Installation is straightforward, & the rust-resistant finish is a big plus for something that will be outdoors year-round. It feels built to handle weather much better than cheaper feeder stands.
Overall, it’s a solid bird-feeding accessory sturdy, versatile, & a great choice for creating a more reliable backyard bird-watching setup.
Durable Post For Bird House Or Feede
This pole is easy to put together and very durable. It comes with simple instructions. You screw the legs in, assemble the pole, and there is brackets for the bottom of a bird house or bird feeder. Unfortunately, I have not found anything compatible to put on top in store, so I will probably just have to order online. I wish they came with a bird house or bird feeder, even if it meant a bit extra money.
I will say to use a mallet to get the legs firmly into the ground. As for the cone, it comes with two sleeves. It is a bit of a pain to put together because it is flexible and wobbly, but I managed to get it done. Overall, this does end up being tall if you assemble the entirety of the pole, which I like.
I am pleased with this product, but wished it was a full kit.
Easy to put together, haven’t had a single squirrel on i
This is so cute and so creative. I’m super excited I was able to put my bird feeder on top of this. I love the fact that the squirrels don’t get to it. I was able to put it together in like 10 minutes and I didn’t need any tools all of it went together very easily. The insulation process was quick. It is very sturdy. I was able to push it into the ground in the middle of my yard that I have my birdfeeder and wind chime in and it went in very simply right into the ground. And because they go in about six or 7 inches into the ground it makes it very sturdy and I don’t have any issues down here in Florida with heavy winds pushing it over which is one of the things that I was worried that would happen. It is very strong material and it’s lightweight once you get it all put together. I really like to set up of this. It’s very cute. It’s very nice to sit out in the yard and drink my coffee in the garden and see the birdfeeder doing its thing and feeding all the birds. I’m very satisfied with this and I am even considering getting an extra one for the other side of the garden, this is really nice quality and I’m very satisfied with it and especially for the price overall this is a 10 out of 10.
Nice working bird house pole
First no directions. Easy to put together but if you have never put a baffle together start at the widest part and snap together going up. The peg feet go on a certain way so they line up straight, the last piece is the center spike. I am in Chicago and we have high winds. This pole hasn’t budged. I have a small birdhouse on it no birds yet. I would recommend them adding a photo on how to assemble. It is over 6 feet tall close to 7 feet. The baffle is plastic and when the wind blows it flops around, it doesn’t secure just lays on top of the pole clamp.the top is adjustable to accommodate any style house.
This is extremely sturdy and easy to assemble. The item was sent without the baffle to make it squirrel proof. I reached out to the company which immediately sent an entirely new set. I don’t know how it was sent without the baffle but the company, Flag Pole company was amazing and fast with help!
Quality easy to assemble bits feeder pole

The pole assembly was easy and the pole feels pretty solid.
I wished I paid more attention to the description, I thought I was going to receive a rectangular plate in which to mount a smart bird feeder. You do receive a metal plate for the top of the pole but could not make it work with feeder so I improvised and used a small piece of 3/4″ pvc board and attached the metal plate to the pvc board then attached to the bird feeder. I had a little room left with the pvc board to mount the solar panel. It’s not the best looking assembly but I used what I had on hand without making a trip to the hardware store.
As you would expect, the pole is a little wobbly fully extended with the bird feeder and solar collector mounted on top. We will see how it holds up to wind and squirrels.
