The color blue is gorgeous. Almost like a faded denim. The cushion itself is firm but not comfortable because it’s rather lumpy. If you’re just looking for color then they’re awesome.
The quality of the cushion is very well-made and extremely comfortable. I have arthritis in my lower spine and sitting on a wood chair is very uncomfortable. We purchased numerous cushions and either the quality was bad, they were very thin and not comfortable or they didn’t fit our chair. One of the best cushions I’ve ever bought.
Satisfied buyer! Skeptical at first when they arrived in a space saving bag and seemed as flat as a pancake! But once opened they expanded nicely and ended up being quite thick and comfortably supportive. They have sturdy ties but also gripping material on the bottom. They fit my chairs well and have stayed in place equally as well. They also make a nice appearance.
I waited forever to replace my sad kitchen cushions. They reminded me of my mom, since this kitchen table and chairs was hers and I used that excuse to procrastinate since the cushions still looked nice however after many years became permanently stained with who knows what. If I had dated the stains or if the cushions could talk, they would have many great happy food related stories to tell and some drama too since the cultural diversity that enjoyed a bite or just a seat to complain or scream at that table are enough to write 10 broadway screenplays and maybe a few Scorsese or Capola films as well. The cushions have finally been retired and are waiting to step into their next role in my life, fill for saggy bar stool cushions in a rental apt. With hesitation, I ordered these, skeptical since I was an assistant seamstress to a woman who made curtains in HS. That little job taught me how to tell when items are sewn incorrectly with stitches or thread or machine touches that do not hold up over time. These cushions are incredibly well made, every single corner, is finished perfectly. They are fluffy and filled just right, and look like it. The green fabric is also perfect, not tacky cheap bright green or the plastic looking tweed fabrics that are used in many inexpensively sews items.
Very attractive, comfortable, functional, and sturdy kitchen chair cushions that have both ties and a truly non-slip bottom coating.
The cushions arrive tightly vacuum-sealed and must be opened, aerated, pressed, and kneaded to get them to start expanding. Complete expansion takes about 24+ hours, but when expanded they are quite formed-out, full and supportive. Impressive.
I would advise Scotchgarding them to prevent food stains. Very good value!
