Cozy hideout bed for my Sphyx boy
This is a plush cat bed cave that is a good size for my Sphynx boy. Being naked, he likes tent and cave style beds over open ones. This one is soft, has a removable/washable cushion and if needed the tent portion can be hand washed too, according to the instructions. Being a Sphynx, even with regular bathing, my guy does leave brown oil stains, especially where he sleeps so being washable is a necessity. There is a hanging ball toy in the front opening of the bed, but my guy doesn’t play with those, but I imagine kittens will find the fluffy ball toy fun. The bed arrived flat vacuum-packed so some time is needed for it to regain its full upright look. Mine was a bit crooked so I helped it a bit with some hand reshaping and I gave it a 5-minute air-fluff tumble in my dryer. My guy loves this bed and is already taking naps in it. I had an old cat ottoman that I needed to replace. This one looked nice so I gave it a shot. The instructions say to allow 48 hours for the cave to fully fluff up. I think my cat hopped in after 48 seconds! He absolutely loves it so much that I ordered a spare.
What I like best is the overall size and entry space. I ordered the M size because my little guy weighs 19 pounds. It is very spacious and he can come and go very easily. It is soft and fluffy and cute. I expect to get a lot of use out of this item. I am very happy I bought it.
Really nice little hut for my cats. They love it and my one will only sleep in it now. I did cut the little dangling ball off because they literally just use it to relax and sleep. As a reference for the size, my one cat pictured here is a bigger boy. About 16 pounds. Yes, he was fat when I adopted him. Yes he is on a diet, thank you very much lol.
It’s sturdy enough to hold its shape but flexible enough that when my senior cat decides to be an a-hole he can jump on the top and cave my fat cat in it. Of course my sweet fat boy can still escape, but just to give you an idea of the structural integrity.
The bed inside is removable, so you can wash it when you need to. All In all, a great little kitty hidey hole.
Best purchase to date for my cat that just gave birth 4 days ago. I removed the cat bed inside for now and replaced it with a towel which is perfect for the kittens and mom. It’s the perfect size for mom to sprawl out, yet still cozy enough that the new family can be cuddled together for warmth.

Super easy to set up, just open the package and it inflates from the vaccum seal. I gave it a wash before letting the cat use it because it did have a slight chemical smell, but that went away. The bed is soft, not too big or small and my cats like it!
This little cat house was awesome! The bottom cushion was so soft and comfortable. It was also pretty sturdy after it settled. Looks like it’s easy to clean. The cat definitely enjoys laying in there. The only thing I would change is the hangy ball is a little too close when the cat is in there if you have a larger cat.
Lovely looking and very plush blue Balance Cat Bed - Three cats paws up!
My cats are so in love with this blue Balance indoor cat bed. From the moment I unpacked it, my cats, my kitten especially, was all over it trying to get inside it. Once I put it on the floor he was immediately in it and playing with the hanging white pom-pom in the entrance way.
As for the bed itself, it’s a nice soft, medium blue colour, with white snowflakes over it. The material used feels soft, of high quailty, and is surprisingly thick. The dark blue bottom of the bed is non-slip and it definitely stayed in place when my kitten was jumping in and out of it. There is also a seperate, medium blue and thick, matching cushion that is super soft and plush feeling. You can put the cushion inside the cat bed or you can leave it out if your cat(s) prefers that instead.
While one side of the upper bed’s walls was intially caved in, it has been straightening out since it was unpacked. This is most likely due to how thick the walls are. Having had similar beds before I’m aware that it can take several days for any inwards caving of the walls to fully fill and straighten out.
Overall, my cats really do love this new bed and I can definitely recommend it to other cat owners. It’s been a great addition to my growing collection of cat beds. Anything to make my fur babies happy!

I was actually worried when I get this, cause my cats are somewhat picky for where they rest and sleep in, and I have got a bunch of cat beds before which some of them they rarely touched. However the cutie decides to sleep in this tent for several nights! That’s a huge approval from her she doesn’t really play with the fluff ball hanging inside, but she enjoys taking naps and looking very relaxed.
As a human I can confirm that the bedding is very soft and it’s thick enough to be comfy for the kitties. And the bedding is detachable for washing too. Which is very ideal for cat owners that care about hygiene and well being for our feline friends. I recommend this cute tent and it just looks great in my room.
Nice soft fabric and not too much smell. I was worried it would have a weird odor like the other beds but there isn’t much smell, it’s mostly the nonskid fabric on the bottom. But it will still have to air out before you would want it in the main part of the house. I wish the pillow on the bottom was a little thick and more plushy. It’s a rather thin padded pillow on the bottom which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.. Although the pillow is not too cushiony it is a nice, roomy bed and the cats like it.

BALANCE is a company I love because their products have a really good quality to them. They ship everything so neatly to use less space and shipping materials. This cat tent showed up vacuum-sealed and in a smaller box than other companies do.
Once opened, the tent needs a bit of love to get back in shape, but the quality of this cat tent is remarkable. The tent has a grippy bottom, a little toy hung from the inside, and a comfy bed inside that you can take out and wash!
My 19-year-old takes a few days to get used to the new beds, but she is already sniffing these! I hope they go over well, and once I get some photos of her being all cute, I will update asap!
