Works SO Well!
The perfect machine to get started with laser engraving! I love how easy this is to setup, use and learn with. I also love how little space this takes up, so it’s truly the perfect starter machine! I used it to engrave on cork and balsa wood and it worked wonderfully! I can’t recommend this enough — if you’ve been thinking about a new laser engraver hobby — get started here!
A dangerous amount of creative potential in a small package
When u first opened the box my thoughts where at first to engrave one coaster, and and now, I’m looking around the house wondering what else you I laser.
Setup was painless. The machine arrives mostly assembled, connects through the app, and was easy to get running.
I tested it on wood and leather with good results but it takes a learning curve. The engraving quality is impressive for a machine in this size and price range.
Fine details came out clean, and having compatibility with LightBurn and LaserGRBL is a nice bonus for anyone who wants more control. Between the foldable design, the adjustable height, and the variety of supported materials, it feels less like a single-purpose gadget and more like a small creative workshop.
Just remember that it’s still a laser. Use it in a well-ventilated area, follow the material guidelines, and don’t leave it unattended while operating.

What first grabbed my attention about this machine is the foldable design. I have used quite a few laser engravers over time, and this is still one of the most portable and convenient setups I have come across. It stores easily, sets up fast, and feels much less intimidating than the larger machines people often start researching first.
One of the best parts is the app control. Being able to run it from a phone makes this so much more approachable for beginners. A lot of entry-level users do not have a dedicated computer for laser work, and some machines are frustratingly picky about hardware. This one removes a lot of that barrier and makes it much easier to just get started and learn.
For someone new to laser engraving, this is a really smart place to begin. It is affordable, easy to understand, and gives you a chance to learn the process before deciding whether you want to move up to something larger or more powerful later. It teaches the ropes without demanding a huge investment up front.
At the same time, it is more capable than the price and size might suggest. It handles wood, leather, acrylic, and other small projects well, and it is absolutely enough to make gifts, hobby items, test designs, and even small business products if you are patient and realistic about the machine’s size and power.
Like any laser, it really shines when paired with a honeycomb bed and air assist, but it can still give very respectable results without them. That flexibility matters when you are just getting started and do not want to buy every accessory all at once.
Overall, this is a very well thought out little engraver. Portable, easy to use, app friendly, and a great value. If you are interested in learning laser engraving or want a compact machine that can still do real work, this is an easy recommendation.
