Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBest scooter out there in my opinion.
My nieces love this scooter. One of my nieces is very clumsy & just sorta has two left feet this scooter is perfect for her because the wheels are much bigger than your average scooters & bigger wheels won’t trip over the smallest crack or pebble. If you’ve scootered in your life you know what I’m talking about. I got it for my 7yr old nieces but my 5yr old niece rides it as well as my 10yr old niece. Easy to assemble, easy to store, easy to fold.

Update – The seller reached out and issued a full refund even after the return window closed. I appreciate this quick response to remedy my issue!

Do not buy this! This scooter was only used once and after folding it down, the bar will not click back in to lock it back in place to use again. This product only had a one month return period, so now I will be buying a better quality scooter.

I bought this for my son’s on our trip to San Francisco. Assembly is straightforward, with all necessary tools included in the package. The mechanism appears to be of higher quality than others, and the frame and moving parts are made from better materials. I haven’t encountered any problems except lubricating the handle and wheels with spray grease.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersSmooth ride on sidewalks and folds down tight, perfect for a commute!
I got this kick scooter to keep up with my young pedal-biking child, and I’ve found it to be a great addition to my commute into San Francisco as well! It has an extremely smooth ride, smoother than the Razor A5 Lux that a friend let me borrow before I bought this scooter. It does well on the cobblestone-like sidewalks along Market Street, although I still walk it across intersections because I don’t want to ride over the lightrail tracks or curb cuts. I tripped off it once riding over a big crack, although I didn’t fall. It would take a lot to fall off this, I’d imagine! I usually don’t use the brake, electing to just jump off it and keep walking when I need to slow down or stop. There’s not enough room to put both your feet down (I wear size 7 in women’s shoes), but it’s a kick scooter and you’re often kicking. It didn’t really matter to me.

It folds down longer than the Razor A5, but it still fits in our hatchback trunk no problem. It does fold down tight – I was able to put it upright between my legs sitting on the bus. I usually just fold it down and don’t touch the height adjustment, because there are A LOT of height options! Which is great compared to the Razor, which only has 2 heights I believe. I’ve only folded the handles down once when I needed the space, but it’s a neat trick.

My only quibbles are that the folding mechanism can be a bit fiddly – I have to turn the wheels a certain way to get it to lock folded, but I also have attached a bike lock to the tube so that’s one likely factor. Also, you can’t really kick the kickstand in or out. You have to bend down and use your hands for the kickstand, so I use that fairly rarely.

Otherwise, this was a great purchase and value for your money!
