Pool vaccuum
It works great,but is small. You have to dump the filter a lot. I dont mind,but others may. Connecting heads are narrow,but the suction is certainly there. It works when you submerge it in the water. I also have a spa and would definitely purchase it again.
We had one of the vacuums that you have to hook a hose to in order to work. Honestly, I ended up using a pool broom and skimmer. Took me hours even though we keep the covers on almost all the time we are not in the spa. The handle of the old vacuum broke. So, I took the opportunity to upgrade a bit. I researched several designs and models. I decided on this one. Looked easy to use, good reviews, long battery life, and study. I am pleased with it. It was easy to put together. I had to use both brushes to get up larger leaves and small sandy debris, but it got it up in a jiffy. Easy to clean. Note the it does not get floating debris. So, I still had to spend time with the skimmer. It also needs to be stored in a controlled environment.
Absolutely great for it’s size. I got this, and put it to the ultimate test, helping me pull a LOT of sand out of our stream filled pool. When I say the pool went from GREEN to clear (with just one shock, and 2 full vaccums) in 2 days…
The small canister fills quickly with heavy use, and the filter clogs pretty quickly the same, but with average use since the big clean i find i only need to empty it once or twice. I was able to fully vacuum the entire bottom of our 18ft diameter pool TWICE on one full charge. Completely exceeded my expectations
