I am not one to typically post reviews but I read them often when making a purchase. So I wanted to post this review as it is deserved. I read the comments for this product extensively prior to buying and found it had better reviews than most of the air fryers I was researching. And that was a lot of them. As a result I gave it a try and have to say loved it. It cooked everything perfectly and performed as advertised. After a month, it stopped working for some reason. My first thought was here we go. This is going to be a large pain in the neck to go through the warranty process (has a 1 year warranty). I sent an email to customer care and then surprisingly the next day received a very courteous response from Jayly with very clear steps on how to move forward. I provided the information they needed and within a couple of days received another response that a new one had been ordered for me and they would provide tracking information once it was shipped. I got that within another couple of days.
I know things do not always go perfect with items we buy and sometimes things just fail outside the control of the company. One thing a company can control is how they respond and I am very happy with the service level I received. VERY HAPPY. I got the air fryer yesterday and expect no issues but if some reason I do have them I know the company will stand behind it. If you are looking for a quality air fryer do not hesitate to buy this one knowing good customer care comes along with it. Nice work Jayly. You represented Beelicious very professionally.
Just recently bought and used the Air Fryer Oven Combo to cook a frozen pizza, which came out perfect. And a bonus we didn’t have to use the old oven and heat up the kitchen in 80 degree weather. Also reheated some leftover steak, which my boyfriend said was still tender. Our microwave died so we bought this to use to reheat food, in addition to all the other functions it has. So far so good and I’m happy at the cheaper price I paid for a quality product.
