Substantial Mirror That Looks More Expensive Than It Is
This is a good-quality, substantial mirror that I originally ordered for a small bathroom. Once I saw it in person, however, I realized it was larger than I had pictured for that space.
I liked the look of the black frame so much that I moved it to a guest bedroom instead and hung it over the bed. It looks very nice there, especially because the black border coordinates well with other black accents in the room.
The frame, listed as aluminum, has a slightly shiny variegated finish and appears to be plastic up close, but once the mirror is hanging on the wall, it has more of a wood-like appearance. It was too heavy for my senior arms to lift and hang, so my handyman attached the hardware which handles the weight of the mirror well and installed it easily. The mirror itself feels heavy and well made, and the simple black frame gives it a clean, versatile look that works well outside the bathroom too.

Quality: This mirror is well built with excellent corner attachments holding the frame together. The mounting brackets on the mirror are solidly mounted and are of the angle slide together style. The entire mirror is very durable and with proper anchoring will stay in place for years of use. The frame itself is anodized aluminum and is a very sleek modern look. The glass comes with a protective film to prevent any scratches, and the entire mirror comes in a wood border shipping container to ensure it arrives damage free.
Functionality: To hang simply mark the distance between the mounting brackets (varies whether vertical or horizontal orientation), level and anchor to wall with included hardware. The hardware comes with three styles of anchors to provide mounting options on a variety of wall materials. Once mounted this mirror is very sturdy and does not move unless intentionally adjusted. With the bracket design the wall install was very easy.

This is a gorgeous, high quality mirror that could work anywhere in the home–the bathroom, entryway, above the mantle, over a dresser. Its sleek, minimalist design also complements any number of decorating styles from more traditional to modern.
It is very heavy and sturdy! Much heavier than the bathroom room mirror it will replace in my home, so it absolutely requires the included reinforced mounting hardware. It can be hung either vertically or horizontally; it’s the perfect size for an average bathroom and proportional to both wide or narrow vanities.
Installation is as quick and easy as it could be as long as you have basic tool-handling skills (which I do NOT have but I got it done!), and all the necessary hardware is included. I appreciate the plastic film protecting the mirror from fingerprints, since the frame is small and I had to handle it a lot while measuring and mounting it. The reflection is crystal clear, and the tempered, shatterproof glass makes me feel more confident about the installation.
This mirror is beautiful and instantly elevated my bathroom to a spa. . . . But now I have to replace my ugly light fixture to do this mirror justice!
Strong, black aluminum framed mirro
This is a super heavy duty, black aluminum framed bathroom mirror. Made of tempered glass and it is the mirror only without a vanity cabinet. Installation is easy but nails have to be put into studs/wood frame or you will need the large industrial drywall anchors. It is 24 in x 36 in and can be mounted horizontal or vertical (landscape or portrait). It looks minimalist, basic and chic at the same time. The asthetic is clean and has modern appeal. At $70, I feel it is priced appropriately and is around same cost as other similar items. Good value for the cost for this higher quality item. Overall, very strong/durable mirror that will match most bathroom themes.
