Nice, complete starter se
This syringe is really nice and makes piping easier. You get a ton of tips and I love the chart that comes with it showing you what each one pipes. The only thing that would make this better is a storage bag to keep everything together. One thing to note is that if you are doing larger projects, you’ll have to keep filling it.
It does take some getting used to. With bags, you have more flexibility and can move around your projects more. This is solid and using a trigger will take some time.
Complete and Well-Equipped Decorating Ki
This cake decorating kit feels very complete and includes a wide variety of piping tips to choose from, which I really like. It also comes with a helpful guide and a pattern chart, which makes it easier to understand how to use the different tips and get creative with designs.
I also like that it includes silicone muffin liners in addition to the paper ones, which adds extra value to the set. Everything arrived neatly and looks like a great deal for the amount of items included.
I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t comment on how easy it is to load the icing syringe or how it performs in practice, but I’m excited to try it out. Overall, it looks like a solid kit for beginners or anyone wanting to decorate for fun, especially with our Fourth of July celebration coming up.

I picked this up for decorating cookies and cakes, and so far I think it’s a pretty neat little tool. It comes with multiple decorating tips and feels more comfortable to hold than trying to wrestle with a traditional piping bag for small detail work.
The trigger-style design gives you decent control over how much icing comes out, which makes it easier for writing, outlining, and adding smaller decorative details. I also like that the tips are interchangeable, so you’re not stuck with just one design option.

This is a solid little cake decorating kit and the piece count is genuinely impressive for the price. The main piece is a stainless steel plunger-style syringe that works like a cookie press but for icing. You load your frosting, attach one of the included metal tips, and squeeze the trigger to dispense. The metal body feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy at all.
The kit comes with 54 piping tips total, a mix of small and medium sizes, covering a wide range of shapes like stars, leaves, petals, open rounds, and more. There are also two couplers so you can switch tips without emptying and refilling the syringe. The disposable baking cups are a nice bonus, and the 10 silicone cups are reusable and pretty much indestructible.

This is an 167 piece cake decorating tool set. When I say it has everything needed to decorate a cake, cupcake or cookie, I mean everything except the food ingredients. This set has the silicone cup cake wrappers, 12 of them, 100 paper cupcake wrappers, two piping couplers, one medium one small. Six medium piping tips, 48 small piping tips, one plunger syringe and one instruction sheet. The plunger syringe, which is 7 inches long and 6.5 inches in diameter, can be unscrewed and taken apart to clean in the dishwasher very easily. The center portion, where the frosting is in is metal. The casting around that is plastic. The instruction sheet, is basic using bags not the syringe. Plus on the other side it just shows the tips and the results plus the QR code, on the instruction sheet is useless, it is in Chinese and can not be loaded. What I did was googled ‘instructions on cake decorating’ and many videos came up. The construction of this set is excellent. There are no flaws in any parts. I’m rating this cake decorating set a 4. The set itself is heavy duty. I have no issues on this. I do have problems with the instruction sheet needs to be referred to the syringe not a bag. Plus it could have instructions on using the tips. I would recommend if you occasionally decorate a cake or cookies or whatever this set would be too big. However, if you’re always decorating this set is perfect. But really its just up to what you want.

Great Starter Kit for a Beginner Bake
My adult daughter recently has started to make cupcakes. She has been experimenting with different decorating techniques. When I saw this kit, I thought it might be a great addition to her tool inventory.
The kit itself has a large piece count with a nice variety of small and medium tips. This allows for many options for decorating purposes.
The tips are well made and easy to wash. Assembling the tube and tips is pretty straight forward.
As far as using the product:
It does a nice job with icing. It does take a bit of practice to get the amount of pressure needed just right. After a few times though, it’s very user friendly.
Putting it together, changing tips and disassembling it is also easy as well.
Great alternative to piping bags. She was scooping her icing into a plastic bag and cutting off the tip. She says this tool kit is so much better and makes everything she makes look so much nicer.
She was pleased that the kit included liners, especially the silicone. Since they are reusable, they save money. They are also super easy and convenient to use.
The added poster for reference is fantastic! You are able to see what the outcome of each tip should be. It helps you pick out which tip to use, as well as give you an idea of whether you are doing it correctly or not.
Overall, we are very pleased with this kit and think it’s a great value for the price paid. We would definitely recommend it to others!
