Calm Yet Energetic Room Anchor *and* CLEANING TIP FOR MUD
I have put my wool rugs away for a bit, because with two large dogs who think they’re explorers and hunters! I’m switching several rooms over to durable rugs that are less-stress (and effort) to clean.
The design is of course printed at this price point, but they’re vibrant, lovely, provide nice contrast and includes the 2026 teal that is a great match to other new decor items offered in teal. I’ve had the color in my decor years – this spring I’ve found teal leather cushion covers and a MCM teal fabric and walnut chair here on Amazon. Teal is having its moment!!
This washable rug feels soft and smooth to the touch. The underside has a rubber backing that *actually* keeps it in place. (I’ve not needed any carpet tape.)
Spot-cleaning works great with this stain-resistant rug. (I let the mud completely dry first, then brush off and vacuum, just spot clean what little remains.)
It’s a bit thicker and heavier than my other washable rugs- but EASY TO MAINTAIN. It vacuums easily (upright, stick or robot) and can even be put in the washing-machine. Though I have not needed to launder it, there’s a local laundromat that provides a drop-off service charging $9 to launder this size rug, which is worth it to me. (And *so much* less money than having my wool rugs professionally steamed!)
If you’re embracing MCM or southwestern styles, be sure the border shows well. In my international contemporary living space, I prefer just a hint of the border to be featured. Great rug decor vibes which adds this calm yet energetic anchor to this space.

Pretty and Easy to keep clea
This is a rug that will definitely brighten up your room without overtaking it with its design. It’s durable and the Roomba gets it very clean. I’ve received quite a few compliments on it.
We don’t usually have a rug in our kitchen, but I put one in there for Christmas, and I really liked it. When I saw this one, I thought it’s a bit bright, but it goes well. It brightens up the kitchen, for sure. It’s pretty thin, but it’s comfortable under my feet. It is machine washable, but I haven’t had to do that yet. It cleans up well with the vacuum, and I’ve had a couple minor spills that wiped up easily. This is a good purchase if you’re looking for an inexpensive rug that doesn’t look real cheap.
