This toddler bed is one of those things that seems simple but ends up being really useful in daily life. I’ve been using it both at home and when visiting family, and the portability is honestly the biggest win. It folds easily and fits in the car without any struggle, which makes it perfect for travel or even just moving from room to room.
The material feels soft and gentle, which I like for a toddler, and the cover being removable makes cleanup much easier after spills or accidents. It is not very thick though, so if your child prefers a more cushioned bed, you might notice that right away. That said, for naps, quick setups, or travel use, it does the job well.
Overall it feels more like a practical solution than a luxury one, but it fits nicely into a busy parent routine.
***NO BABIES*** toddler only!
Quibare Toddler Bed has one glaring flaw, it should be labeled explicitly that it is not for babies. Yes it says toddler in the title of the listing, but the product itself is lacking that information. If this was gifted or otherwise changed ownership, the “toddler” description does not go with it. This is hands down unsuitable and poses serious danger for infants and babies, I wouldn’t use for children under 2. That said, it arrives vacuum sealed and there is some off-gassing from the foam initially. It takes a while to achieve full expansion. It’s a substantial bed, on the heavier side and is large and bulky. This makes for a cozy resting pad but also makes it somewhat cumbersome for storage. It has a closure at the very top where the handle is to keep it folded but it’s still a little floppy. The fabric is soft and washes easily. This is ideal for hotel, camping, backyard, visiting grandma. It would also make a terrific multi or large pet bed. I think it is a reasonably good value for the money assuming you don’t use it for infants and babies.
Portable toddler bed
What this isn’t: This is not for infants or very young toddlers. I’d estimate this would work for a child ages two and up.
This bed has bumper pads all around it, and a mattress that fits into the soft frame. And it is absolutely huge. I don’t think it would fit into a standard pack and play, but it would definitely fit in a play yard for a two-year-old, as long as you have a fairly large play yard. When you receive it, it’s packed rather tightly and you need to place it on a level surface and let it expand. I let it expand for a little more than 24-hours.
The cover is zipped onto the bed and it can be removed and washed to keep it clean. The manufacture says it’s 100 percent cotton (the cover, not what it covers) and it’s a dark gray color. It kind of looks like parachute material, but it’s nice and soft. The manufacturer says it’s hypoallergenic and I have seen nothing that makes me think otherwise.
The foam interior is described by the company as “medium” firmness. The removable mattress that is identical to the remainder of the “bed” fits nicely inside the soft “frame.” And by frame i mean the bumper-style pads that are on all sides of the mattress.
It can be rolled up and carried. There are two handles sewn with one on each end. And let me tell you, this bed is heavy. Although the listing says it weighs nine pounds, I think it weighs more. Wherever you put this mattress, it’s going to stay.
Verdict: Heavy-duty toddler bed that can be placed on the floor when you’re traveling or in a play yard so your little one can crawl into it when he or she grows tired. It’s sturdy and very well-made, but you’re not going to want to drag it from room to room.
I would not use this with a child under two-years-old, especially an infant. But it should be fine for a two-year-old and would last until the child literally outgrows it. It’s a nice, well-made product from Quibare.
Very large and practical!!
This is really nice and much larger than I expected.
It folds up easily, has a handle, and the removable covers make it simple to keep clean.
It’s great to take to Grandma’s house or anywhere you need a quick, comfy spot. The rolled edges make it feel like a secure little area for a baby to rest or play. And honestly, it could even work as a cozy dog bed, too.
The whole thing feels sturdy but still soft, so it’s comfortable without being bulky. It’s just a very practical piece to have around the house or on the go. Comes vacuum packed so it is wrinkled and compacted straight out of the packaging but does not take long to puff up.
The outer and separate inner padding each have zippered covers so can easily be washed.

Guys. This mattress is interesting. I thought it would be good for travel, but upon opening it, I’m not sure. It takes a couple of days to fully “fluff up”. It has an odd smell out of the vacuum sealed bag it came in. The scent did go away fairly quickly. This bed is HUGE. I left it open on the floor for a couple of days and my dog really seemed to love it. My kid, no so much. The bottom pad isn’t very thick. I’m not sure the sides would keep my toddler from falling out of the bed if I used this in a bed. Honestly a pool noodle under the sheet works better. I like how this is easy, but I don’t know how practical it is. Again, it’s HUGE and heavy. My dog really likes it though, so I’m keeping it for him. I’m sure this might work for other people, it’s just not something I ended up liking.
