I bought both a 27″ and 32″ tv with built in DVD player and they work great in my travel trailer. The first one I bought I returned because the DVD player did not work and was replaced with a new one that works fine.
I recently had a problem with the 27″ tv only showing in black and white so I contacted support and they walked me through doing a factory reset which took care of the issue.
I just wanted to say that they have probably the best customer service and support for their tv’s that I have ever encountered. If you text or email them they will get back to you in a very timely manner. Don’t hesitate to buy one of their TV’s because they will stand behind them.
Also I will say the picture quality is excellent however they do load up fairly slow? At 100% volume it can be difficult at times hearing it with the ac blasting. All in all a very good tv.
I really love this TV.
The picture on it is very bright and has great resolution.
It was very easy to connect to our internet and took very little time.
It has great sound quality.
The remote was actually a little bigger than I thought it would be so it was a little shocking. Lol. Not bad or anything but definitely twice the size of a roku remote. I’m sure my kids will still find a way to lose it.
The quality is top notch.
The packaging was really good as well and it was shipped very fast.
It really is the perfect TV for camping which is what we will use ut for.
It also has different places you can use it including an rv.
I felt like the price is really competitive for what’s in the market.
Would definitely recommend.
