This means that under the same lighting conditions, it can charge your solar generator faster. Experience 24%+ front-side efficiency and up to 30% total energy gain.
  • Power Upgrade: Need more juice? Connect two 100W solar panels in series or parallel using a Y-cable (sold separately) to double the output. Ideal for larger power stations, faster emergency backup, or off-grid setups where every watt counts.
  • Lightweight and Easy to Use: This portable solar panel weighs just 7.35 lbs and measures 24.02 × 23.62 x 0.39 inches when folded, making it lightweight and compact for easy transport and storage. Equipped with a magnetic handle and reinforced mounting holes, it can be placed securely on the ground while camping or hung on a wall. Setup takes only a few seconds, and it starts generating power immediately once connected to your device, offering flexible and convenient use.
  • IP65 Waterproof and ETFE Coating: Utilizing ETFE lamination technology, this 100 watt solar panel offers superior impact resistance, heat resistance, and light transmittance compared to standard solar panels. With IP65-rated waterproof and dustproof performance, there is no need to rush to store it away in case of sudden rain or humid outdoor conditions—no worry about equipment damage. It is the ideal choice for outdoor scenarios such as RV trips, off-road adventures, and boating.

    Good lightweight panels
I picked up this SOLUPUP 100W portable solar panel because I wanted a reliable option for charging my power station during trips and unexpected outages, and I have been really impressed with how practical and easy it is to use. This is quite light and works well, which makes a big difference when I am packing for camping or just moving it around the house or yard to catch better sunlight. The foldable design feels well thought out since it packs down compactly but opens up into a solid surface area for charging, and I like that the materials feel durable without adding unnecessary weight. In my experience the universal adapter worked for my power station without any hassle, so I did not have to worry about compatibility or extra accessories.

What stands out to me most is how efficient and consistent the charging performance feels throughout the day. I notice that even in partially cloudy conditions it still produces a usable amount of power, and in full sun it charges at a steady rate that makes it feel dependable for off grid use. The stand is good and sturdy for a lightweight panel, so I can angle it properly without it tipping over or shifting in light wind. I also appreciate the included cable options since it gives me flexibility depending on what I am connecting, and the waterproof rating adds some peace of mind when I leave it outside for extended periods. After using it regularly I feel like it strikes a great balance between portability, durability, and real world performance, making it a solid addition to my setup.

Compact Solar Panel That’s Easy to Use
This falls into the category of lightweight, portable, and compact low-power devices—ideal for both casual camping and emergency preparedness. First off, its foldable design is genuinely convenient; it takes up minimal space when stowed away, making it effortless to toss in a car or pack for a camping trip—a far more user-friendly solution than rigid, fixed-panel solar arrays. Thanks to its dual-sided design and a rated conversion efficiency of 24%, it delivers solid output performance under ample sunlight, handling the task of recharging a power bank with essentially no issues. I consider the 5-in-1 cable a major plus; it offers excellent compatibility, eliminating the need to purchase a slew of separate adapters, and works directly with most common outdoor power stations. The MC4 connectors are also standard-compliant, allowing for easy integration if you happen to have an RV power system or other compatible expansion equipment. Finally, the IP65 water resistance rating is a critical feature for outdoor gear, ensuring you don’t have to worry too much if the unit encounters a bit of water or moisture.

Power output was very close to nominal and it is very lightweight (just watch for wind).
I like this solar panel. It is lightweight for the wattage (meaning cells are a good efficiency) and easily folds up for simple transport. The set includes cables that can be used to connect to several different types of connectors. I used one to connect straight into a “solar generator” which is just a big battery and inverter system allowing power to be stored and then used later via AC power, 12-volt, or 5-volt USB. Alternatively, you could hook this up to a solar charge controller and then almost any 12-volt battery. I tested this on a relatively sunny day (March 20th, gulf coast Texas, at approx 2:45 pm) hooked up directly to a solar generator and recorded a fairly steady power input of 86 watts. Compared to the nameplate power rating of 100 watts, this is very good and frankly better than I expected, especially for the afternoon. The panel has a very simple fold-out bracket that allows it to stand up at about 45 degrees. The stands can be set up by one person, but would be much easier with two. The one concern I have for these panels is actually linked to a positive – the panel is quite lightweight so the only way to use its simple stand is if there is almost no wind. If there is wind you need to set this up differently (tie it down to something) to keep it from falling over. Overall, this panel is a decent to good value for money. It is excellent for camping, where you really want to recharge all of your phones, tablets, flashlights, radios, etc. when coupled with the right solar controller or solar generator. It being so lightweight, it is easy to carry up and set up almost anywhere (so long as it isn’t too windy).

100W Portable Solar Panel With Bifacial Design and Broad Power Station Compatibility
A Practical Power Solution With Smart Design
This 100W portable solar panel is a well thought out option for anyone needing reliable off grid or backup power. The bifacial design is a nice touch, allowing it to capture light from both sides when positioned properly, which can help improve efficiency when used with a reflective surface. It uses monocrystalline cells and is rated around 24% conversion efficiency, with the potential to go higher under ideal conditions. The panel folds down to a manageable size and weighs just over 7 pounds, making it easy to transport for camping, RV use, or general emergency preparedness.

    Flexible Setup
The adjustable kickstands help angle the panel toward the sun, and there are hanging points if you want to mount it. It also supports series and parallel connections, so you can expand your setup and increase charging speed if needed.

    Durable Build With Outdoor Readiness
The ETFE coating gives the surface a more durable, weather resistant finish, and the IP65 rating means it can handle dust and light rain without issue. It feels built for real outdoor use rather than something overly delicate. The magnetic handle and folding design make setup and pack down quick and straightforward, which is especially helpful when you are moving locations or setting up camp.

    A Gentle Little Purr
A solid, easy to use solar panel with good compatibility and thoughtful portability. It does what it is meant to do without complication, and it is a practical addition for anyone building out a portable power setup.

Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersCompact, powerful, affordable
I picked this up as part of a handful of hardware to start building out some portable and backup power. I paired this with a Jackery and the pair have become a great, effective, reliable power solution.

The panel folks up pretty small and is easy to carry and lightweight. With the kickstand it’s pretty stable once set up but you have to be careful because light means the wind can be a problem if you don’t try to anchor it or keep an eye on it. The inluded cables were good enough to get me going but I added some things like extensions etc. As someone else mentioned, it would have been perfect if this had a spot to store or lash the cables. I use a Velcro wrap to put the on the handle to keep them from getting lost.

Charges quick and performs as good as my friends more expensive panel for less than half the price. I’ll likely get another 100w panel to add to this set up.

We have used this in remote parts of the yard and clubhouse for the kids. We’ve used it on little camp trips and outings. I haven’t had the chance to use this in a power outage yet, but I know it will come in handy.

Good balance of power and doze
This 100W panel set is great for camping. Depending on the size of your power bank, as well as direct sunlight will determine how quickly your power bank will charge.

I have both the 100W and 200W panels, and if I had to pick one for camping, I (personally), would pick the 100W. You can see in my photo the size difference between the two lol. If you have a large camping spot, you might be fine with the size of the 200W.

Like it’s bigger brother, the solar panel works great. It kept my Jackery power bank charged.

It did not have any cable adapters, so keep that in mind and make sure you have what you need to connect the panels to your power bank.
