A very well-made sunshade!

The first thing that stuck out to me was how durable this material is. The stitching is done very well. The fabric is nice and thick and it fit perfectly in my 2020 Jeep gladiator.
The instructions were pretty good and the install wend smoothly. The pictures aren’t great in the step-by-step instructions, but the diagram of the Jeep on the backside really helps to figure out what to do.
One thing I didn’t say in my video is that with the exception of one bungee in the front, you can put your hard top on right over the top of this. It does shorten the height of the vehicle by about 5 inches or so, but it is a nice feature if you are constantly taking the panels off and on. One added benefit to this as well is it makes the roof black at a glance. It is still transparent, so you can see the white a little bit, but it does darken the vehicle a lot.
The two things that you’re probably most concerned about are wind noise, and whether it blocks the sun’s rays. I will start with the positive. This does a great job of blocking the sun out. You probably aren’t going to get burned with this thing on. The negative is that it doesn’t really do much to reduce the wind noise. It might’ve blocked out 10 to 20% of what you normally have, if that. So if you’re looking to reduce the noise a lot and that’s your main purpose, probably avoid it.
Great Looking Sun Shade That Makes a Huge Difference
This roof sun shade for my Jeep Gladiator turned out even better than I expected. It gives the interior a much cleaner and more finished look while also cutting down a lot of the direct sunlight and heat coming through the top. The material feels durable and high quality, and it really adds to the overall style of the Jeep.
Installation was incredibly easy and only took a few minutes (30) from start to finish due to the initial hardware installation. The included straps and attachments were simple to work with, and everything lined up perfectly without any frustration. I was able to install it by myself with no special tools needed, which is always a plus.
Once installed, it fit tightly and looked almost factory installed. There’s no sagging or loose areas, and it stays securely in place even while driving at highway speeds. It still allows enough light into the cabin while taking away that harsh direct sun that can make the interior uncomfortable during hot days.
Overall, this has been one of my favorite upgrades for the Gladiator so far. It improves comfort, looks fantastic, and was extremely simple to put on when the top and doors are off. If you own a Jeep Gladiator and want an affordable upgrade that actually makes a noticeable difference, this sun shade is absolutely worth it.

Installed this on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator and overall I’m really happy with it. The Shadeidea JT Sun Shade comes as a 2-piece front and rear mesh setup designed for 2018-current Jeep Gladiator models, and once installed it looks great on the truck. The black mesh blends in nicely and gives it a clean factory-style appearance.
Installation does take a little time the first go around, especially getting everything stretched and secured correctly, but after it’s on, it fits well and stays tight. It does a really good job cutting down direct sunlight and heat while still allowing airflow through the cab, which makes driving with the top off much more comfortable.
The mesh material feels durable and the stitching looks well done. I also like that it comes with a 10-year warranty, which gives some confidence in the product. My only long-term concern is seeing how the hooks and attachment points hold up over time, but so far everything has worked as expected.
Overall, very happy with it. Looks good, blocks the sun well, and makes top-off driving a lot more enjoyable. 5 stars.
Great sunshade, fits well but a little time to install
This sun shade fits my Jeep Wrangler JLU pretty well and does a good job cutting down the sun and heat when driving with the top off. The mesh material still lets air through, so it doesn’t feel stuffy, but it definitely makes a noticeable difference in keeping things cooler.
The fit is snug once it’s installed and it doesn’t flap around at highway speeds, which I really like. Build quality feels decent and it seems like it should hold up over time.
Installation takes a little patience the first time to get everything lined up and secured properly, but after that it’s pretty simple. Overall it’s a solid upgrade if you want sun protection without fully closing up the Jeep.
Great Shade and Clean Look for My Gladiato
I picked up this Shadeidea sunshade for my 2025 Jeep Gladiator, and it’s been a really solid addition. The fit is spot-on across the front section, and once it’s installed, it stays nice and tight without sagging or flapping around. Installation took me maybe 10–15 minutes, and I didn’t need any tools, just followed the straps, and it was good to go.
The mesh does a great job cutting down the direct sun and heat while still letting airflow through, which is exactly what I wanted for driving with the top off. It makes a noticeable difference on hotter days without blocking the open-air feel. The cherry red color also adds a nice custom touch without being too over-the-top.
Overall, it feels well-made and durable, and the 10-year warranty gives some extra confidence. For the price and great value, it’s a simple upgrade that actually improves comfort when driving around. Definitely happy with it.
