Why did my pool vacuum stop working after few minute used?
You could please check these items:
(1) Check whether it is fully charged/Low battery.
(2) Remove large debris blocking the suction port.
(3) Empty the filter bag and clean it to avoid overload.
(4) Use in water at least 11.8 inches deep.

I bought this vacuum to solve a particular issue I had cleaning out my spa. It works! I received it today and quickly put it to work cleaning DE and other particles from within the spa. I’m thrilled with the results. Easy to assemble and use. Charged right up and only took me about 10 minutes to complete the task. Very pleased with the cost and quality. I’ll try it on the underground pool in a few days time.

Working really well for me
This machine does a great job for my 24′ above ground pool. I run my pool pump all the time, which tends to gather any debris on the bottom to the very middle of the pool and hold it there until I vacuum it out. What I do is, with the pool pump running, I take a pool brush on my extension pole and I brushed the bottom near the edges of the pool and work my way toward the center, this basically takes any small pockets of dirt and moves them toward the center, where a swirling pile is formed right in the center. Then I shut my pool pump off to make the water still, improving visibility , and I hook up this pool vacuum onto my long extension pole. I lower it into the pool until the power switch is just above the water, which primes it, then I turn it on and fully lower it into the water. Then I simply work the vacuum cleaner out toward the debris pile that has accumulated at the bottom in the center of the pool. It sucks everything up and cleans perfectly. This takes all of about maybe 30 minutes to 45 minutes, and that is really taking my time. I’ve used it about four times now, and have not had any issues with the vacuum running out of power, or even low on power. It seems to vacuum everything nicely. Then I simply take the unit out of the water, raising it only high enough to expose the on/off switch, and I switch it off before I completely removed it from the pool I remove the filter and then simply wash it with a garden hose.
Before I recharge it I remove the rubber plug over the recharging contact pins and make sure the area is completely dry.
Before I use it again, I double check to make sure that rubber plug is fully inserted.
So great not to have to deal with the typical vacuum head, long flex hose and adapter to the skimmer box. This is easy. Just put on your extension pole and go to work.
This vacuum came with a short extension pole which I use for a skimmer net. I use my long extension pole with this vacuum.
I use the coarse filter bag which works fine. It takes less battery power when you use the coarse bag.

So far so good. Working really well for my 15′ pool. Not having to connect anything to the filter/ skimmer to vacuum is great. It even pulls in big leaves.
