my privacy screen covers started to look worn and were tearing so we decided to replace them with these outside curtains, they are a perfect replacement and very affordable. they are not blackout curtains but they still give us the privacy we’re looking for. I can see them lasting for several years!
We hung these curtains about three weeks ago and since then we’ve had every type of weather from 85 and sunny, to snow, to 30mph wind gusts (Gotta love Colorado!). And these curtains have sustained all of it! They do a great job of blocking the sun and keeping my porch cool, without filtering too much of the breeze. The color and material description were spot on and match well with my porch decor.
I have only had these curtains up for a few hours so this review is only based on the initial look. I must say I am completely satisfied with the product so far. It was the perfect length and the material seems like good quality. Love that it has the bottom tabs to keep them from flying in the wind. Still experimenting with the best way to secure them in the wind but the curtains are doing their job. Will update the review as the summer progresses.
These curtains are great! I purchased them for my screened in porch to keep rain out and they work great! I’m so glad i decided to try them out because i was hesitant, thinking they wouldn’t work. they are also great if i want to close them for a little privacy from neighbors backyard
Great quality, but hang from tabs and use the grommets for the bottom is securing the bottom. Easy to hang and used the extra in my bathroom as a shower curtain because they definitely repel water. We use them outside to block the sun when sitting outside in the evenings.
This is the third set of this style of curtain I have purchased. It is primarily to keep the sun and wind off the porch. I usually have to replace them every three years. This means I usually have to get a new source every three years. This is the latest one I had not purchased before. They were far cheaper than several of the other panels I bought, but they are also fairly thin. That said they do their job. They block the wind and only let a little sun in. Since I have to keep buying them every three years, I would probably be fine with getting a cheaper one that was a little thinner and still did his job.
