Love the color! Protects the phone nicely. Case provides protection for lenses on the back and fits well with Magic John screen protector. Buttons press easily and case is matte material, providing good grip. Expect what you pay for, the cost is fitting for OtterBox protection.
Would recommend
Slim & great look. Magnets in the case are strong enough to hold the phone on vertical metal surfaces. Color is like a soft navy blue, I like it. Downside is you have low grip on the case. I don’t regret my purchase. The overall quality does not seem cheap and I trust it’s durability.
Fits perfectly and worth every penny. Love it has a tab to open and close for charging.
Bought 2 one in green and purple. I tested it first before buying another one. You can never go wrong with otterbox. Best part it doesn’t have the magnetic circle showing. Instead a solid color with tabs little darker.
Couple of gripes, but still good
I’ve had this case for a week and it’s been solid. Not sure what the slippery reviews are talking about. It grips where I need it to and slides in and out of the pocket with ease. I haven’t had any close calls or drops.
It’s the classic commuter case I love. Protective, sleek and functional. The edges are raised to prevent the screen from getting scratched.
My two gripes are the camera cut out has a small lip that sticks out. It doesn’t cut into the pocket or anything. It’s not a sharp edge. It’s just annoying. My other gripe is that I keep the case in my back pocket and I sit on the phone a lot. This is the first commuter case that begins to pop off. My butt flattens the raised edges and it causes the lip to slide off the side of the phone. I’ve owned plenty of commuter cases, but this is a first for me. It’s easily fixed with pulling up on the sides of the case to snap it back onto the phone. Just annoying.
Overall, fairly happy with it. It has the magnetic ring built in and works good with the 25w qi2 chargers. It gets a little warm, but that’s expected with wireless charging. I paid 50, but they should run sales soon. I’ll buy a backup.
Great case, solid fi
I liked this case. It was a solid fit and well made. The issue may be just that the rim of the protection around the massive camera lenses for the S26 Ultra are a tad low. I love how it sat fairly flat on the table on its back and it provided good protection on the front. Overall, I went with a different case, but this one is a solid runner up.
I feel like some complaints in other reviews aren’t very valid. I see some complaints about the back of the case around the camera being everted rather than inverted and it causes the case to not sit flush when laid on the table. Well, I didn’t really worry about this to begin with because I don’t poke around on my phone while it’s on a table, I hold it in my hand and use my thumb. But after purchasing the case I laid it down just to test– it really sits fairly flush. I can touch different parts of the screen and it doesn’t rock at all, not sure what they were talking about.
Side button action is great, same great grip as any past otterbox commuter. My only qualm with this cases is the price (overpriced IMO) and the hard shell breaks very easily when dropped, so if I have a phone for 2yr I usually have to buy at least 3 or 4 cases. But I tried a few other cheaper cases (20 dollar range) including popular/highly rated brands and found none of them are as nice as this, and none have a charger port cover which I always like because pocket lint and debris get into the charging port.
It’s a bummer how much money I spend on these otterbox cases and how easily the hard shell breaks but whatever, I’d rather have something I really like and pay for it then try to pinch pennies and be less satisfied.
This was super easy to install, and I also had a screen protector on it that fit perfectly. I have used OtterBox cases since I think my S6 Mini, from the S6 Mini to the Note 9, to the S20 Ultra, and now the S26 Ultra. I always use a screen protector and camera covers, and the cases are always compatible with these. I have dropped all my devices a lot, lol—clumsy. The durability and toughness of these cases always surprise me; I can swear that was it, but nope, it took the hit and saved my phone. It’s comfortable in my hand with a nice grip and texture, and in my pocket, it’s easy to put in and pull out; it doesn’t catch. As for wireless charging capabilities, I have no idea—I haven’t used that option once on any of my phones.
