Nice pool toy for the price
Easy to put together, fun for multiple age groups. I can’t comment on how long it will last, but so far it seems to be decent quality for the price
Fun addition to the Pool, but the last backboard piece gave me trouble
Assembly was not too bad overall, and it comes with a nice amount of stuff included. You get 4 mini basketballs, a pump, and the blue and red rings, so it feels like a pretty complete set right out of the box. It floats on the water well and seems like it will be a lot of fun in the pool during the summer.
My one issue was with the last assembly piece, the U-shaped part that locks the backboard in place. I was not able to fully get that last piece in the way I wanted, so with a little force the backboard can fall down. I am going to try again and see if I can get it seated properly, but that part was definitely frustrating.
Overall, still a fun set with a lot included, just wish that final part of assembly went smoother.

Fun basketball hoop for the kiddos this summer while enjoying the pool.
This fun basketball hoop will be providing hours of fun in the pool for the kids this summer.
The item came packaged well, with assembly instructions printed both on the outside of the box and included them inside the box, too.
The material is mainly a sturdy plastic that easily clicks into place. However, I don’t think the base will disassemble well as the plastic where the pieces connect is weaker and wobbly and you might risk bending the connectors for the base part. I had hoped to store the entire basketball hoop base and backboard in the box for the off-season but now I am not so sure. I know it is not uncommon for plastic toys to remain joined permanently after assembly so this is not really a big issue, but I thought I’d mention it for others who had the same idea for storage.
Assembling the basketball hoop portion was fairly easy, as well as putting on the net. This part of the product was super easy to disassemble as well, unlike my hesitation with the disassembling base part. The only thing I struggled with on the top portion was the U shaped piece that keeps the basketball backboard in place.
This pool basketball hoop requires 300 ml of water to be placed in the two front bases. It came with a measuring cup to do this, which I thought was great! Each base has a round silicon covering that was super easy to remove and place back on.
I also appreciated the accessories it came with (the balls and rings…which float if you miss). And not just that, but it included a pump to blow up the basketballs! It saved me some time from having to go buy one or bring my own out from storage.
The balls were super easy to inflate. They are sturdy, but not too hard. If the kiddos get a little too enthusiastic when playing or begin hitting each other with the balls, I don’t think there will be any issue since they are made out of a rubbery type of bouncy ball material that would not hurt them if they were to be hit with a ball. This is great since these balls will be tossed around in the pool full of kids and adults.
Overall I’m pretty pleased with this product. It’s well made, it’s sturdy, and the balls are safe for kids to throw at each other (you know how kids can be) in addition to trying to make a hoop shot! The only con would be the base part might be damaged when disassembled and reassembled.

Amazing set!
This is such a nice quality and bigger than expected (in a very good way) 2 in 1 Pool Basketball Hoop Set with Backboard & Ring Toss Game which is good for kids and adults alike. Although this is primarily for pool use it could just as easily be used as a lawn game too when out of the pool. This is very well constructed and I love that you can add water to balance it and for this they also provide you with a container to help with the filling. The set comes with four balls in two colours for team games and eights rings in two colours for the ring toss. All parts are plastic so there are no parts that will rust which is much appreciated and the set also comes with a pump for the balls so there is nothing else you will need for this set, everything is provided. The box stipulates that colours and contents may vary but everything in our set came exactly as pictured. We are currently unable to use this set outside as we are still snow covered but given the build of this set I do not envisage having any issues with it. At the time of writing this review this set has a coupon for $10 off which brings it down to an amazing price point. I would definitely recommend this set!
Very sturdy, offers lots of fun in the pool and out of it too!
This floating basketball hoop is a fantastic addition for anyone looking to add some fun to their pool setup. Right out of the box, I was impressed by the size. It’s substantial enough to feel like a “real” hoop, which makes gameplay more enjoyable.
The instructions are exceptionally clear and well-done, making the overall setup process much easier to follow than expected. The materials also seem quite decent and durable, giving me confidence that this will hold up well over time. The bright, fun colours are another nice touch, especially for a poolside toy.
I really appreciated the generous extras included too. The four basketballs are a great bonus, and the addition of a pump and pouring cup shows thoughtful design, giving you everything you need to get started without having to provide anything yourself.
Having said that, the physical assembly wasn’t without its challenges. At certain points—especially when putting together the base—it required quite a bit of brute force. The pieces were a bit slippery and difficult to grip, which made that part more frustrating than it should have been.
I was hemming and hawing between the hoop with the backboard and without, and I ultimately chose the version with the backboard. I’m glad I did because it adds to the overall experience, AND the hoop can be assembled without the backboard. I get the best of both worlds, and that flexibility is a definite plus.
Although I haven’t had the chance to use it in the pool yet, the instructions clearly explain how to fill the base with water for proper balance, so I feel confident it will perform well once in use.
My only real downside is storage. The base cannot be fully disassembled once put together, which means you’ll need enough space to store it as-is when not in use for longer periods.
Overall, this is a great product that promises hours of fun in the pool, and even outside of it. Despite a slightly tricky assembly, the quality, thoughtful extras, and versatility make it well worth it.
