This has been a wonderful pillow for pregnancy. First and foremost: it offers cooling relief. It’s also heavy, and provides great support for under my knee/leg. I put it down the center of the bed, so when I roll that way it’s always waiting there for me. Then I use an additional “standard size” pillow on the edge-side of the bed, for when I roll to the other side. It’s been a sleep saver. It’s definitely worth the money if you’re pregnant! It came vacuum sealed, and it re-fluffed itself very nicely with no real effort on my part. I will say, I removed a star because it smelled “chemically” and needed to be off gassed before using. It sat on our living room couch for a couple days before I took it into the bedroom. But I haven’t noticed a scent since.
Supportive, Adjustable Body Pillow That Actually Stays Cool
I’ve tried a few body pillows over time, and this one stands out for both comfort and how customizable it is. I really love the versatility of this pillow.
The memory foam fill gives it a supportive feel without being overly stiff. It contours well whether you’re hugging it or using it for leg support, which makes a noticeable difference for side sleeping. The adjustable loft is a great feature—you can add or remove fill to get it just how you like it, which isn’t something you always get with body pillows.
The cooling aspect actually seems to help. It doesn’t stay ice-cold or anything unrealistic, but it definitely doesn’t trap heat the way some memory foam pillows do. It stays more temperature-neutral, which makes it comfortable through the night.
Size-wise, the 20×54 length is perfect for full-body support. It’s long enough to position however you need without constantly readjusting.
The cover feels soft and holds up well, and overall it seems well made.
If I had one minor complaint, it’s that it arrives pretty compressed, so it takes a little time (and some fluffing) to fully expand and reach its best shape.
Overall, this is a really solid body pillow—comfortable, supportive, and adjustable. Great option for side sleepers or anyone looking for better full-body support at night.
This is one nice pillow
I’m currently staring at this pillow trying to come up with something to complain about. I haven’t found anything. It’s kind of expensive I guess. It is a huge pillow though. I really like it.
To get things started The pillow does have a zipper that opens up to the memory foam bag. The zipper seems to be metal. The memory foam bag also has a metal zipper. The memory foam itself is uniform and white. Why that’s worth mentioning is that cheap shredded memory foam is often just a random assortment of whatever the factory could find. This looks like they actually bought the memory foam specifically for this. In other words instead of just grabbing whatever they could find they have a specific memory foam that they use. That definitely makes the pillow more valuable. I’ve used some of that random memory foam stuff and the problem with it is it’s not uniform. It’s not the same memory foam so of course it’s not going to be uniform.
The pillow case is incredibly soft and nice. It’s that really smooth soft comfortable material. I really like it. The whole pillow is very heavy. I guess it weighs over 7 lb. It definitely feels cooling to me. It’s not super hot right now, so I can’t really comment on what it feels like in the middle of the summer. However, it is in the 70s today. It’s warm enough for me to tell you that it feels nice. I am a hot sleeper, and it didn’t seem to get super hot. A lot of memory foam pillows will be a furnace by the time I wake up. Often I end up waking up because the pillow is so hot it wakes me up. It’s not unusual for me to wake up and toss a memory foam pillow out of the way and grab a different pillow. I actually keep multiple pillows on my bed specifically because one will cook me, so I just grab another. Sometimes I end up rotating them in the middle of the summer. This I think will be okay.
The whole time I’ve been writing this review I’ve been trying to figure out something to complain about. I guess maybe the bottom is kind of thin. It feels high quality, but it might be a tiny bit thin. That makes me wonder about the long-term durability of it all. However, that is quite literally something I came up with after staring at the pillow for a while. It’s a very good pillow.
I think they have the perfect amount of shredded memory foam in there. Of course, that’s my opinion on it. I like things to be a bit softer. I can’t stand really firm pillows. You might want more or less. That’s not a big deal. Two zippers and you can get to the shredded memory foam to add or subtract.

I chose this body pillow from Dream Valley based on the cooling feature. I find myself hot even in an airconditioned house most of the summer. When other people feel cool, I get sweaty when sleeping.
This pillow is the width of a full sized bed – 6” narrower than a queen sized bed. This pillow arrived vacuum sealed and felt heavy. I was really pleased when I removed it from the factory vacuum that it was huge in less than a couple of minutes. The directions say to fold and fluff but I don’t think this is a big deal either way. The pillow has a zipper to remove the outer cover and a zipper to access the stuffing. The pillow is so thick, I am considering removing about 40% of the stuffing and using it in something else. It is good quality stuffing.
I have several cooling pillows that are standard/ queen or king sized. I have found for comparison that some pillows just have a cooling cover – on one side, some pillows have a cooling cover on both sides, some interior foam is cooling on one side or two sides. This pillow has a cooling cover in my opinion on both sides but the stuffing – the interior filled with tiny triangles of foam and silky Dacron, is not cooling. I have added a photo of the stuffing for someone who knows more about pillows than I do or might be looking for a specific type of stuffing in a pillow.
For the size I think this is a good value. If it was cooling inside and out, I would consider this a great value. Based on the details above, my rating is 4 stars.
