Wish I got it earlie
The vacuum head is small, wish I would have gotten a bigger one. Should work well for smaller pools. Works good picks up small debris and easy to use.Light weight at 75 years old no problem using.
Received in 2 days. The product was easy to assemble. It actually charged in about an hour- which is faster than the manual advised 2hrs. Upon first use, it picked up so much debri- lots of fine particle sand, pine needles, leaves, bugs. It sure beats the alternative of my husband wafting up floor debri with pole and net while I swivel a finer net around to catch debris.. so exhausting . This is such a lifesaver. It’s lightweight and It’s got my 10,000 gallon pool vacuumed in 1 charge, with extra power left on the battery. It’s not too big- a little bigger than a standard hand vacuum. My only complaint is that I can’t vacuum my top step or sundeck. I suppose the workaround would be to take off the head and submerge it sideways, but the water isn’t right yet to get in and test that part out yet. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. It works great and has a 3 year warranty.
AWESOME Uni
We LOVE this thing. We have a 9′ x 18′ above ground pool and every time we vacuum it we end up replacing about 500+ gallons of water. With the city constantly raising the water rates this unit will pay for itself in no time with water savings. AND it does seem to trap a good amount of the dead algae, another plus. No regrets at all. Have only used it twice and it did a wonderful job, and I’m not dragging a hose all around the pool. Easy to use on the walls also, if you happen to be in the pool.
We purchased this for our inground pool to alleviate the headache and work of the normal suction vacuum that worked via our pump. This is a game changer. So much more convenient, does a better job! Extremely easy to operate and clean! Charges quickly, and battery life far exceeds the amount of time it takes to do our whole pool. So much less work than vacuuming to waste, and gets all of the fine particles that normally would just cycle back through the sand filter. Excellent product and highly recommend
This is my first hose free pool vacuum, so I really only have the torture device that comes with the pool to compare it to. It assembled extremely easy. It is light weight and easy to use. We were struggling with a large amount of pine needles in our pool this spring, and it did a really nice job cleaning those up. Where we have been struggling is the super fine algae film at the bottom of the pool. The vacuum does okay sucking it up, but I feel like a lot of it goes through the bag and shoots back into the water, so by the time I make it around the entire pool there is already a fine layer of it back on the bottom, which is extremely discouraging. The chamber that holds the debris is also really small, so it required frequent emptying. The head is really small and blue (the picture makes it look clear, which would be preferable to see how well it is removing things while in one spot). Overall, I think this is a decent option for the price.
Bought an above ground pool for the grand kids staying for the summer and thought this was an affordable option to help keep it clean. Super easy to put together and charges quickly. Amazing at picking up the silt and dirt we get here in Arizona plus the leaves and debris that blows in with the daily wind we get. So lightweight and easy to use the grandkids fight over who gets to run it. Win-win!!
Good hand vacuum for pools and spas.
Works grate. Picks up and filters out all the small stuff. I use it in between runs of my pool bot. It is best in 5 feet or less my pool is 6 ft so my darling wife cannot use it. It is all so good for the hot tubs particularly if you have young ones that drag dirt in all the time. It be converted or a hand vac as the handles come easily. The large head pops off so Roy can get into the corners if need be.
