I have a similar sun clock on my front porch in a different colorway, but I saw this and wanted it immediately. This one comes with a built in thermometer and hygrometer as well. I got this one to put on our back porch since the other clock is on our front porch. The item comes unassembled but it is easy and simple enough to assemble. Only took a few minutes and was not missing any parts which is always appreciated. I love the vibrant reddish orange colors of the sun’s rays as they are a bright and cheerful addition to my backyard decor. I do think it seems a tad pricey at ~$50 (at time of review), but I can forgive that since it’s really a very attractive item.
Very Unique Clock
This decorative sun wall clock is a unique piece that adds a bold eye catching touch to any outdoor space. The combination of the radiant sun design and functional clock, makes it both a statement decor item and a practical edition. Once assembled, it really stands out on the wall and brings a bright artistic vibe that can easily become a focal point in the space.
That said, putting it together can be a bit cumbersome, especially attaching the flame pieces around the clock, which takes some patience. The blue jewel accents are a nice idea and Thiry, but the adhesive isn’t very strong and they tend to fall off overtime. I ended up removing the jewels entirely and actually prefer the cleaner look of just the sun. The jewels gave it more of a peacock like appearance than a sun. Even with those minor drawbacks, it is still a visually appealing piece once you get it set up the way you like.
