I’ve struggled for a long time trying to find a pillow that actually supports my neck without being too firm or uncomfortable. This Cervical Neck Pillow has been a game changer. The adjustable memory foam design made it easy to customize the height and firmness until I found the perfect fit for the way I sleep.
I have been sleeping on my side for years and this is the first time I am able to sleep on my back without issues. This pillow provides excellent support in every position. I’ve noticed less neck stiffness and shoulder tension when I wake up in the morning, and I’m finally sleeping more comfortably through the night.
The memory foam feels supportive without being too hard. I also appreciate that you can remove or adjust the inserts instead of being stuck with one height.

Great for people with neck issues and like thinner pillow!
I bought this for my dad, who had major neck and back surgeries to replace deteriorating discs about three years ago and since then he frequently would wake up with a headache and/or severe neck pain. He did not want to try a new pillow because he did not think anything would help, and he likes a very thin pillow so every other pillow has always been too thick for him and he has hated them. However, I knew he needed a new pillow since the one he was sleeping on, offered no support, even though it was the correct thinness that he liked. so when I saw this one, where you could take out sections of the pillow, if it’s too high, I thought this might be perfect. So I took a chance and ordered it. And he absolutely loves it! It has only been a little over a week since we received it, but he has not woken up with the severe pain he was having in his neck or the headache like he was.
I think what is truly key about this pillow is the fact that he can tailor it to his needs every day I have found him taking a different section of the pillow to determine what will feel good to him on a daily basis, depending on his pain levels. I never write reviews, but this product stood out. If you are someone who needs a thinner style pillow, with great support, along the added benefit of being able to make it even thinner without sacrificing support, then I highly suggest trying this one!
Great pillow, just have to find the right combination of inserts
After wasting money on several different pillows that promised to get rid of my neck pain, I think I finally found something that works! There was a little bit of a learning curve I spent three or four nights with the pillow as is, then I took out the soft insert for a few nights, then I put that back and took out the firm insert. I think the real trick is just finding the right combination but once you do, it’s great! I don’t wake up with any more headaches or stiffness in my neck.
Neck Stffness Relief
This pillow has helped reduce the stiffness in my neck. It’s not gone but it is better. The pillow is comfortable and height adjustable. I haven’t made any adjustments and I’m not sure what the correct height should be. I would recommend it for neck discomfort.
When I say I have tried most every pillow on Amazon and expensive furniture store pillows I am not kidding. All I wanted was a super soft depressed head area, some neck and shoulder support and that’s it. Apparently it has been so hard to do.
The pillows you can add or remove fill from, they ended up bunched on top of my head, no neck support. The cushion lab brand pillows were great, the softest head area- until this one, but the neck bolster was just too high. The travel sized cushion lab was slightly better, and I thought it would work for me, but tried this one and oh my. The days I need it slightly lower, take out a layer of support, regular days have both in. It’s soooo soft, when I sleep I feel like my head is a heavy rock and just need a soft landing place, this pillow finally hits the spot! The cost was significantly less than the others, I was willing to pay $250 or more for some of the pillows I’ve tried. I just wanted the one and now I have it. I am going to order a second one just in case anything happens to this one.
There is an odor, chemical or similar, it has disappeared overnight. Reminds me of the smell from our tempur pedic bed, although that smell lasted for days. So worth it!
