We wanted to update my daughter’s 2014 RAV4 with the newest tech so that she would have an upgraded experience with apple carplay and navigation. The install was pretty simple and straightforward. We did not look at the manual at all, we only followed several youtube videos. The one recorded by Joyofwrenching was the most thorough. This is truly a plug and play system. Once installed, the look of the unit was very nice. It looks just like OEM. Smooth lines, sleek appearance, very classy. The buttons on the steering wheel worked right from the get go, as well as the back up camera. This unit did not come with a back up camera, but the picture it showed from the car’s original camera looked great, clear and bright. This car does not have JBL speakers , so we had no issues with that, the sound quality was perfect right away. No complaints. This head unit has been installed in the car for about 5 days now, and it has been working every time, aside from one issue, occasionally it does not pick up the bluetooth signal right away, But we have a usb cord attached and that works with carplay every time. So we are pretty satisfied so far. I would say this purchase was fully worth the money.
Great replacement and looks OEM+
Works great for 2015 RAV4. OEM backup camera with it is not the best due to 11 year old camera and new tablet for CarPlay but it gets the job done. Customer service WhatsApp is very helpful!

Excellent Android headunit.
I love this Android headunit. Easy to install and works great. Had an issue with SiriusXM not being able to connect to the FM radio channel so I picked up FMDA25 adapter and now everything works perfectly. I did contact Kim from customer support and she was very helpful. Not sure why others had some issues but once installed I made a few adjustments and everything runs smoothly. Would I recommend this unit? Absolutely! Thanks Kim for your help.
This radio is impressive! In our 2014 Rav4 the fit is perfect and the sound is amazing. I had a minor installation issue but Kim in Customer Service was amazing and very patient with me. My car’s backup camera connector had fallen down behind the dashboard and it took me a while to find it. Great company, and great product!
