This tent is great! It’s super easy to set up and stays breathable. There’s plenty of space for our family of three. We took it to the beach and on a camping trip, and I didn’t see any discoloration or scuffs. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase!
Awesome "5" person tent!!!
Okay, so I took a gamble and bought this ADSMART 5 person tent. The reviews said there were no stakes, so I bought extra. This was untrue as they are included in a small pouch. It also said there were no guy lines which is entirely untrue as they are attached to the tent, just like the rain fly.
All in all, this tent is amazing and takes less than two minutes to set up. It fits a really large queen size inflatable mattress, you could probably squeeze a twin in there too, once it’s fully set up. There’s a detachable gear loft and a hook to hang my rechargeable fan/light with plenty of room for your gear. I am ecstatic with my purchase!!! If you need a tent, this one is absolutely worth the money!!! I also want to state that if you’re under 5’2″ you can almost fully stand up in the middle (without the mattress) so it is a very roomy tent. I’m fairly certain that the smaller one is not as spacious so buy the 5 person if you want room to move around.
This really was an easy set up right out of the box. Took me maybe 2 minutes tops to set it up by myself and about the same to break it back down. The 3-person tent fits 2 adults and backpacks comfortably, but 3 people might get tight for space.
It's fine
This tent is pretty good. It’s definitely not very big. It looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is. It’s easy to assemble and it stays put well. The zipper is good quality and doesn’t get stuck. It’s fairly easy to fold up and put away for storage but it’s a tent so how easy can that be really? Haven’t had any issues with leaks but also haven’t used it in the rain. It’s definitely not an incredible quality tent, it’s just basic. I wouldn’t do any extreme camping in this. It’s good for a couple nights here and there but I don’t know how long it will hold up to be honest. It’s not bad, it’s just not a high quality product. I think the value is okay but maybe search around for cheaper. Overall, I recommend if you need something small and basic but that’s it.
I specially took it to the seaside for testing. The wind at the seaside is usually quite strong. I chose a flat area and drove in some stakes. After setting up the wind rope, the tent was firmly fixed. Even when the wind speed increased at night, the tent frame remained firm and did not deform or shake. Its framework structure is very resilient and can effectively disperse the wind force. Sleeping at night while listening to the sound of the waves, I had no anxiety that the tent would be blown away.
