Nice lower back massage
The massager is great for your lower back. The foam is comfortable and conforms to your back. The auto mode is nice and randomly switches between heat, vibration, and stretching modes for different time duration. It heats up pretty good as well. If it hot any hotter it would be too hot. It is perfect as it is. About the only negative point is that the unit does not have an internal battery and needs to plugged in while it is in use. It is a standard USB C so most any charger should work but the unit does come with one. May need to get another so my wife and I can use them at the same time.

The remote control makes it easy to use the functions on this support pillow. It is portable enough to take it when you travel and good quality. The size is not too large that it makes it too big for home couch.
