This set has come in clutch! No lie! Currently changing out my timing belt and water pump and there are a few bolts that I have been able to remove thanks to this set. I highly recommend it.

Happy with socket set so far. Bought the 3/8 drive metric set. I bought them for work to get into tight spaces. Seem to work well. Good value for the price. Only used with ratchet so far. I haven’t stressed test with one of my impacts yet.

I got these DikTalk 19-piece 3/8″ low profile metric impact drive set for working on my car. There are many times, especially in modern engi9nes where you can’t get a socket wrench in due to space constraints. These low-profile impact sockets set solves that. They cover from 6mm to 24mm and are made from Cr-mo steel. They are sized perfectly for excellent grip and to prevent rounded bolt heads and are high quality, better than DikTalk is usually known for. They have laser etched, easy to read measurements on them and come in a nice little foam drawer organizer case. They will also fit on the DikTalk colored aluminum socket organizer strips (not included) for on the go. Very nice set.

First off, the brand name- DikTalk. Crazy!
The 19 pc. DT low profile impact socket set looks well made. The sockets have the sizes laser-etched, but no engraved marking on any of them.
Not a deal killer, but China should have engraved the sizes so when the laser etching fades/rubs off/scrapes off, you’ll still know the size. C’mon China, do better!!!
The price (forty seven bucks) is great for the 19 pcs from 6mm-24mm with no skips.
Will be using them soon with a 3/8″ impact wrench to test the durability and fitment on the nut. The specs say these are cro-moly impacts.
Was planning on buying the Astro 3/8″ ones for sixty bucks, but found these for thirteen bucks cheaper.
Hopefully… they’ll hold up to whatever I throw at them, automotive wise.
If not, in the future I’ll pay extra for the name brands and stay away from Chinese copycat tools.
Saves Space Without Sacrificing Quality
I’m really impressed with this impact socket set. I’ve used low profile sockets from other brands before in 1/2″ drive, so I’ve grown fond of them, and these don’t disappoint. The sockets are incredibly compact, which has made carrying a full set of ratcheting wrenches in my work bag almost unnecessary. They handle most jobs just fine with a 17mm ratcheting wrench as your driver.
The low profile design really shines in tight spaces where standard sockets or wrenches can’t reach. They feel solid and durable in use, and I haven’t noticed any signs of weak construction. The foam holder is a nice touch as well, holding everything firmly in place and making it easy to read the sizes at a glance.
Overall, this set has replaced my regular sockets for most jobs and saved me a surprising amount of space. The build quality matches higher end sets I’ve used, so I’d happily stick with this brand. If they ever release a SAE version, I’ll likely pick that up too. Highly recommended for anyone who works in tight spaces or wants a more compact toolkit.
