My kids love going to the beach, but as someone with a phobia of fish in not able to get in the water to cool off. As a mom of 5, we also value compact essentials. This canopy not only provides me with much needed shade to beat the Florida sun, it’s so lightweight and compact that my kids can carry it! It was remarkably easy to set up, and did not collapse despite the wind being strong. I look forward to using it for years to come at the beach between leisure and home educational opportunities!
Absolutely wonderful! We took it to Cocoa Brach for the boat races, it was extremely windy we secured it from the front allowing the wind to pass through putting the four polls in the front.l and filled all four sand bags stretched them all out . We had the most wonderful breeze we even had someone come and asked us to help them do the same thing.
Excellent quality for the money. Would definitely recommend this item.
Lots of shade easy set up
Easy set up. Easy take down. Easy to transport. Stayed up while other tents next to us were blowing around and flipping over. Took some adjustment to get just right but after that works great!
Effective, lightweight, but questionable quality
Pros: large shaded area. Won’t fly away in the wind. Lightweight and easy to carry. Easy to set up and tear down.
Cons: Fabric is thin. Doubtful UPF 50 protection. All materials, including fabric, appear low quality.
Ovrrall: use LOTS of sand in the bags or it’ll collapse. I’ll be happy if it lasts a few years.
Effective and Easy to Use
The tent seems to work well so far. We needed a tent for sun protection on the beach for our family of 6 and this item fit the bill. It’s light, and easy to carry and assemble. It held up well in windy beach conditions.
