Quality build and long cord.
Great little antenna in a small package. The cord is exceptionally long and the mounting hardware and baseplate are things that I didn’t think about when buying, but I am super happy to see them after opening the box. Reception is great.
Excellent product—it picked up over 80 channels, despite not being located near a window. It comes with plenty of cable, allowing you to position the antenna wherever you like, and it is easy to install.
I was pleasantly surprised by this TV antenna. Setup was very easy — I just connected it to the TV, scanned for channels, and it started picking up several local stations right away. The picture quality is clear and stable for the major networks in my area.
The design is compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is nice if you don’t want something bulky near the TV. It also seems to work well for picking up HD channels without needing cable. You want to keep it closer to a window! Will purchase again for my other rooms.
Simple Installatio
I recently purchased this antenna for use with my LG OLED smart television. I already had installed another brand’s outside antenna that was marketed for picking up digital signals. It worked fine, but I wanted to upgrade to the new sleeker designs rather than stick with the old on that looked like it came from Dr. Frankenstein’s laboratory. This modern version is sleek and weighs just 5 ounces. It comes with all needed mounting and hook-up wiring. I simply had to route the cords to plug into the antenna jack and and HDMI input for power. Installation took about 5 minutes. What took a while was going through the literally hundreds of free channels and programming the remote to switch through only the stations I was interested in viewing. There were dozens of channels for sports, music, kids cartoons, mystery, news and cooking. Way more than I would ever watch. Performance was great, but it seriously was not much better than the antenna it replaced. I live on a hill in a suburb near a large city and I have a straight shot to the transmitting antennas from the city so I did not need the hundreds of miles of claimed reception strength. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I believe 5 stars should only be awarded for something that knocks my socks off with unexpected performance. It remains to be seen if this product lasts for the long haul, but I see no reason why it shouldn’t as it is not subject to adverse conditions or rough treatment. I just have it sitting on the floor behind my TV stand facing West toward the city.
