    So far so good
First thing that you should be aware of is that some of the reviews with pictures showing the honeycomb hybrid pattern are not for the pan in this listing. Those pictures look like they are for a ceramic and stainless steel hybrid, and not for the titanium pan that I received consistent with the pictures in the listing. I was able to buy the pan for $102 with a coupon. I doubt I would purchase for the current listing of $199.

Overall, I am pretty happy with the pan. I have tried moving away from Teflon or ceramic coatings mostly due to containments associated with the manufacturing process. I have tried carbon steel, which can work well as a psuedo nonstick pan, but seasoning the pans can be an issue at times and you do have to avoid acidic foods.

The titanium pan I think is a little of the best of both worlds. It is not Teflon levels of nonstick but if you use the proper technique you will get pretty good results. Make sure to preheat the pan to the point where water “dances” on the surface (the Leidenfrost effect) and then add about a teaspoon of oil and start cooking. For eggs, I usually include a small pat of butter, and then immediately turn down the heat. I have generally gotten good food release using this method. I have been able to get a good sear on steaks and cleaning afterwards hasn’t been too bad. Again, this isn’t Teflon, but scrubbing had been minimal. Overall I prefer using this to my nonstick or carbon steel cookware.

I can’t comment on longevity yet. I’ve been using the pan for a few weeks with no real indications of wear or any significant discoloration.

Professional-Grade Searing for the Home Chef
I’ve been trying to move away from traditional nonstick coatings in my kitchen in Folsom, and this 12-inch titanium frying pan has been a solid addition to my stove. The hammered skillet design isn’t just for looks; it helps with heat distribution, and the uncoated titanium provides a clean, chemical-free cooking surface that is naturally scratch-resistant. I’ve used it for everything from searing steaks to sauting vegetables, and the heat retention is impressive on my gas range.

The build quality of the pan and the matching lid is top-tier—it has a nice, heavy-duty feel without being as cumbersome as cast iron. The functionality is great since it’s oven and dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning up after a big Sunday dinner a lot less of a chore. For a home cook or a busy professional who wants a durable, PFAS-free piece of cookware that can handle high heat, this is a very sensible and high-value investment. It’s a straightforward, high-performing pan that handles daily use with ease.

    Good depth, easy cleanup
. One thing I liked right away is that it arrived ready to use with no assembly needed. The pan and lid both feel solid and well made, and the depth is actually practical for everyday cooking. I’ve used it for frying meat, cooking vegetables, and making simple stir-fry type meals, and it has handled all of that well. So far food has not been sticking badly. I also like that the interior is uncoated and has that all-metal look and feel. It heats up quickly, not too heavy, which is helpful when cooking during busy times. Another plus is the metal handle has not been getting too hot during normal stovetop use, which I was happy about. Cleanup has also been pretty easy.

    Dishwasher-safe and quick heating
This titanium frying pan exceeded my expectations in quality. It has replaced my old one and become my essential tool in the kitchen, used for every meal. It heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, giving my steaks a perfect sear while keeping veggies crisp. It is spacious enough for family feasts. I’ve cooked whole fish and large stirfries.

The titanium surface is durable. I use metal spatulas all the time and the pan never scratches or flakes. The handle stays cool on the stove, and the glass lid traps moisture, making every dish taste delicious.

Cleaning is effortless. The pan is dishwashersafe and easy to handwash, even after intense use. Overall, it’s a durable, versatile addition that I’m happy to have in my kitchen daily.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNon-stick without a coating!
This is a review of product B0GFDGVWW3. I received a small skillet/crepe pan, but no lid. The flat portion of the interior of the pan measures a little more than 5″/13 cm in diameter. At the top portion of the pan, the interior diameter is about 8″/20 cm. I am assuming that this pan has the same materials and construction as product B0GFD69LDZ, which is a 12″ skillet: titanium cooking surface, aluminum core and stainless steel bottom, non-stick withOUT any coating on the titanium.

This non-stick skillet really delivers – I needed only a very small amount of oil to fry up eggs very cleanly, which is what I consider the ultimate test of non-stick skillets. The very small amount of egg left in the skillet (mainly due to my clumsy technique), was easily removed by a swipe or two with the spatula I used to flip the eggs. The skillet is on the small side – one egg covered about 75% of the flat portion of the skillet. The skillet seemed to heat very evenly, which I would expect with an aluminum core.

I am very excited about the surface being non-stick withOUT a coating on it. (I hate having coatings peel and flake off, eventually, no matter how gentle I am with them.) According to the listing, it can handle METAL spatulas! And oven temps up to 500 F! And dish washer safe! This is versatile!

The whole skillet feels like really good quality, like have experienced with other high-end brands of cookware. The weight and balance of the pan and handle are excellent. The handle does not heat up with stove cooking, and feels really nicely shaped. It really feels like a pan that will last for the long haul, and be enjoyable to use. It feels durable, and is low maintenance!
