I intended to use this on the rocking chair that is on my lanai so, I only ordered one cushion. And while it is useable on the rocking chair, it is a bit too long in the seat and it looks a bit strange since the top part of the cushion doesn’t go all the way to the top of the chair. So, I tried it on one of my outdoor chairs and, again it was a bit too long in the seat, but still useable. Plus, since the top came above the top of the back of the seat it, the fact that it doesn’t fit perfectly isn’t as obvious. That said, this is a very well-sewn seat cushion. The fabric is sturdy and thick and the cushion is also thick and durable. The cushion is very comfortable to sit on. The fabric is polyester and it is weather resistant, but not water proof. The fact that the cover can be removed for cleaning is a big plus too. The cushions I originally had on my rocking chair did not have removeable covers. The cover is machine washable in cold water and should be air dried. The zipper works very well on this seat cushion too. I haven’t had it long enough to know about how it holds its shape after washing and being used, but given the quality of the cover and filling, I think it will retain its shape. I ordered it in the color burgundy, which is very pretty. There are other colors available. The ties work well and don’t show from the front. The non-slip bottom on the seat also works well. I took a chance ordering this because it looked like it would fit from the photographs and I wasn’t concerned about it being a little bit off as long as it fit in the chair. So, if you have a chair that needs a seat cushion that measures 44 inches by 20 inches then this seat cushion should be perfect. This seat cushion is not cheap, but it is high quality – so, if it will fit your chair then it is definitely worth the price. I recommend this seat cushion. I am rating this 5 Stars even though it didn’t fit my rocking chair perfectly because I didn’t measure my chair and I am very impressed with the quality of this seat cushion.
