Attention foodies, this is a great and beautiful pan at a very reasonable price!
This is a gorgeous, huge, and multi-faceted pan that is going to be a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I love how evenly the heat is distributed so that everything in the pan cooks at the same pace. I am a complete klutz, so the surface of my stove will appreciate the deep sides which will help me keep the food in the pan where it is supposed to be. My parents were both born in the south and so I was taught from an early age how to make some good fried chicken. I never make it anymore for 2 reasons – one, it isn’t healthy. Two the god-awful mess. Well, I am happy to say that this deep pan will allow me to make some of the old family favorites (in moderation for health) without messing up the entire stove. That said, I will mostly be using this for soups, sauting and making stir-fries.

We have a gas stove, so am happy that this pan is versatile and able to take the direct flames of our stove. The fact that this pan AND lid are oven safe to 600 degrees is delightful. It will make finishing dishes (or keeping them warm) so easy. Both the pan and the lid were very easy to clean by hand after use, and it will be an added bonus that both of them can be put into the dishwasher – either top or bottom of the washer, in fact. One additional and wonderful benefit is cooking and knowing you won’t be poisoning your family with pfas, and I have a deep appreciation for that. Finally, I am an older and smaller lady, so it is very nice that this sturdy pan is not very heavy. The one year free warranty for manufacturing or design defects displays how confident the company is that they are selling a good product.

This is a very good, professional pan at a very reasonable price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSurprisingly Easy To Clea
To avoid PFAS, there are several choices including Ceramic, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel and Titanium. We recently began replacing a set of Teflon type pans and bought a small Titanium frying pan. We have a 12″ Stainless Steel that we bought to use in our camper that has a convection cooktop. None of them are as easily nonstick as the Teflon type pans but if you follow the cooking instructions, this pan will cleanup nicely even if food particles have stuck to the surface.
It’s thick, heavy and sturdy. The thickness allows for better heat distribution.
Your results will vary depending on type of cooktop, how much oil used, heat settings and what you are cooking. For best results, read and follow the instructions, including using more oil, cooking at lower temperature due to superior heat distribution, and cooling before cleaning.
Since it doesn’t have a handle, this pan fits in my sink. I place it in the sink and rinsed other dishes atop of it. Amazingly, the food particles that stuck to it came off easily with mild liquid dish detergent and a yellow sponge.
Our first meal cooked in this pan was a shrimp paella. The rice cooked faster than expected on the lowest setting on my gas range. I appreciated the glass lid that I could see through. Consequently some rice stuck. I did an initial cleaning and followed up with heating soapy water on the stove top and letting it sit a few minutes.
We cooked sausage and hash browns in this pan with minimal food particles to clean up.
The two handles are convenient since the pan is heavier than some and can be used in the oven.
This pan is oven and dishwasher safe. I haven’t used it in the oven yet, nor washed it in the dishwasher. I typically hand wash larger items like pots and pans and only put them in the dishwasher when they won’t easily hand clean. This pan is also safe for all types of cooktops including convection.
Compared to my other stainless steel pan which is a popular brand name, this saute pan is thicker, sturdier and way easier to clean. Just remember to follow the instructions and know food may not slide out as easily as with a Teflon pan but this cookware is free of toxic chemicals.
The last picture is after using a few times and a quick cleaning.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe Ultimate Family Workhorse: Safe, Durable, and Naturally Non-Stick!
I recently upgraded to the 12-inch 7QT Vednhol Saute Pan, and it has completely changed how I feel about cooking for my family. My primary goal was to find a toxin-free alternative to traditional non-stick pans. Because this pan is made of high-quality 18/10 tri-ply stainless steel, I have total peace of mind—I never have to worry about chemical coatings like PFOA or PTFE (Teflon) scratching, peeling, or releasing ‘forever chemicals’ into our food.
    Performance & Versatility
The tri-ply construction (an aluminum core sandwiched between steel) makes a massive difference in heat control. It heats up incredibly evenly on my cooktop, which is perfect for searing and braising without any annoying hot spots. The 7-quart capacity is a game-changer; it’s deep enough to handle everything from large family stir-fries to simmering deep batches of marinara without the mess. Plus, because it’s non-reactive, I can cook acidic foods like tomato sauce or wine-based reductions for hours without any metallic taste or damage to the pan.
The Secret to a ‘Natural’ Non-Stick Surface
If you’re worried about food sticking, don’t be! You don’t need chemicals if you use the right technique. I’ve found that I can make this pan virtually non-stick by following these three steps:
    1. The Water Test: Preheat the pan on medium for 2–3 minutes. Flick a few drops of water onto it; if the water beads up and ‘dances’ around like a marble the pan is at the perfect temperature.
    2. The Right Oil: Once hot, add a small amount of a high-heat tolerable oil. I recommend avocado or grapeseed oil, as they won’t smoke or break down at searing temperatures.
    3. The ‘Patience’ Rule: Add your food and do not flip it too soon. Stainless steel will ‘grip’ food initially, but it will naturally release once a proper golden sear has formed. If it’s sticking, it’s just telling you it’s not ready to be turned yet!
    Final Verdict
This pan is a professional-grade ‘workhorse’ built to last a lifetime. It’s dishwasher safe, can go straight into the oven (up to 500F), and looks beautiful on the stove. If you want to ditch the toxic coatings and invest in your family’s health while still getting professional results, this Vednhol pan is the perfect choice.
