Cute and functional
This is such a beautiful looking cd player perfect as a decoration yet functional piece for your living area. Its easy to setup and connect, sounds like the expensive cd players and has Bluetooth for alternative usage. It comes with remote control for easy usage.
Cool desig
Pretty neat CD player. Love the retro record player look. The native sound quality and volume is just fine for household use, but you could always hook up external speakers using Bluetooth or 3.5mm jack if you want to go louder. I’ve only been using this periodically over a few weeks so far so can’t comment on longevity yet, but will update this review if it breaks.
Cool Vintage Vibe for My Desk
Man this thing looks so cool on my desk with that wood look and the screen lighting up nice. CDs play without skipping and Bluetooth hooked right up to my phone no problem. Sound comes out pretty clear from the speakers and its loud enough for chilling in the living room. Remote is handy too when im too lazy to get up.
Its not gonna blast a party but for everyday stuff it works great. Feels sturdy not flimsy at all and I like plugging in my headphones or USB sometimes. Grabbed it on a whim and dont regret it keeps my old CDs alive easy.
I started collecting CDs again this year as part of re-analoging my lifestyle, so I picked this up because it looks perfect for my office space.
On the plus side:
– It is ADORABLE.
– I love that you turn on the CD by moving the ‘needle arm’ over the CD
– Easy to operate and figure out
– I like that you have the bluetooth function as well, just in case your CD collection is limited
The negatives are minor:
– It’s kind of slow to respond. (Not just slow compared to digital music players, but slow compared to other CD players I’ve tried.)
– The speakers are very limited. This is best used in a small space where you don’t need to fill up the room with sound.
It’s really perfect for a small office or sitting area where you want to just sit and enjoy your music.
The design, though. It’s just so, so cute.
Cute retro CD player with bluetooth
I’m very pleased with this retro CD player. The design is very unique and it looks like your playing a vinyl record. The quality is nice and detailed. I like the colors as well. The volume on the CD player is good it brings out some great sound and gets to a good volume. The functionality is great it can be used as a CD player or bluetooth and also has an aux plug in for convenience too. The price is not bad at all for this product its cute and brings music to my ears. I like it a lot. Definitely recommend it especially if you like the retro vibe.
If you’re looking for a CD player that just works you will probably want to take a look here. It just works. It’s no frills but it will play your discs. It also plays burned CD-R’s. The speaks are average as far as sound quality. Honestly I would hook this up to a decent pair of speakers. They don’t sound terrible but not super great either. They didn’t have any cracking issues though when I put some low bass tracks through the player. It doesn’t have plenty of I/O on the back for multiple audio output. I just wish it had a digital out jack which is lacking. I also purposely attempted to get it to skip but I wasn’t able to. Skipping shouldn’t be a problem. Bluetooth is strong enough that if you connect a Bluetooth speaker and move it away pretty significantly you shouldn’t experiencing any audio degradation. I move my Bluethooth speaker away pretty far with walls and it still held a good connection. I’m not a big fan that this doesn’t have a way to lock the cover. I have smaller kids and this is and will be an issue since they have and will continue to try and pop the lid to get to the disc. Also if you are wondering about the arm, yes you do have to slide it over the CD to enable it to play. There is plenty of clearance though that it will not have the potential to rub up against your disc. It’s a decent little CD player to try out if you want something compact.
I’ve been shopping around for a cd player these last few months since I gave up on the big streaming music platform. I’m old school and still have my cds from 20-30+ years ago. Maybe it’s nostalgia but when I saw this cd “record” player, I had to have it. It’s pretty small and compact, which I love but man, does it sound good out of the speakers (tried to upload a video but it didn’t work). There’s an on/off switch on the back along with where you plug in. It’s not a rechargeable disc player so it comes with the wall plug and usb c cord. It also comes with a remote and instructions. To play the cd, move the arm over the cd. There isn’t a “stop” button on the player but my husband figured out that you can move the arm back over to the side to turn it off. You can also use the cd player as speakers for the music on your devices. Do not lose the remote as you will need it to sync with your device. He tried it out with his phone and he said it was easy to set up. Overall, we are super happy with this as I can listen to my cds again and he can use it with his phone.
I got this CD player for my high school kid who has a newfound love for “vintage” CDs (yes, apparently I’m vintage now) and it brings a great mix of nostalgia and modern features to her bedroom. Setting it up took seconds, and the front LCD screen is bright enough to read from across the room without being too bright for sleep.
The built-in speakers pump out surprisingly clear audio for their size, which works perfectly for casual morning listening or background music while doing homework. There is two-way Bluetooth function so she can stream a playlist straight from her phone to the player, or turn around and pair the player to her wireless headphones to listen to a CD when she’s up late and doesn’t want to bother anyone else.
It’s also easy to switch over to the FM radio (which is still TOO vintage for a teen) or plug in a flash drive full of MP3s (which is apparently sort of OK) via the USB port. The auxiliary input and headphone jack give wired options too, so you can plug into larger desktop speakers. She doesn’t have them, but I do, so I could use this that way if I ever end up with this player instead of her. Controlling everything from the bed is super simple with the included remote control.
It is a neat, space-saving audio hub that looks very cute like a tiny record player. She is into vinyl too, but for now has been happy using my old turntable. We’ll see how long THAT lasts!

This thing is so cool! It looks like a record player but it plays CDs. Hard media is where it’s at. No commercials, you already bought it, and you can listen to it when and how you want. The speaker works decently, too. It’s small and doesn’t have a subwoofer, but it throws a good sound. Enough that you could jam in a normal sized room. I haven’t used the remote. This would make a great gift for your media loving people.
I am so over spring-loaded, slow opening CD player lids, sliding doors, feed slots, etc. – so many mechanizations that felt cool 30-40 years ago today feel like child-proofing for adults and obstacles to workaround.
Thankfully I control the lid on this retro CD player, designed in the style of the “box phonograph” I’m old enough to have had as a child. I remember sitting hypnotized by the “industrial minimalism” of “Cars, Trains, Airplanes”.
Enough regressing. There seems to be vogue for this style of retro player and I really like the speakers in the front. They’re small but the placement gets the most out of them when I’m sitting in front of the player on my desk. Using the “Tone arm” as a play switch feels awkward at first, and clearly more work than pressing a play button, but you’ll get used to it and begin to enjoy it as part of the vibe.
The remote contradicts the vibe a bit — but I’m happy to have it. I play along with recording and it convenient to use the remote while I’m holding a guitar instead of risking banging it into the side of the desk.
The sound and volume are adequate for a desktop unit — you’re not going to drive a large party with this. Headphone listening through the 3.5 jack is quite nice.
I tested the Bluetooth pairing: it went smoothly and plays music from my Android phone around computers without disturbing the audio stream.
I like the configuration of the control buttons on this particular player — I’ve noticed it varies quite a lot among others. While I prefer the remote while playing along, when listening at my desk it’s certainly faster to reach for the knobs.
