Such a great tool for organization!
This is super cool. I am the Queen of Stuff. I do all the crafts and I need all the storage. I had been writing sticky notes and taping them on tote bins but those days are over. The thing I love about these labels is that they are big enough to actually list some things. The printer prints very smoothly. One thing I was happy to see is that you actually DO get a small spool of 4×6 inch labels. I am going to mess with the app more and snazz the labels up some more but I printed one out down and dirty to give you an idea of the size and print quality.
A great little label printer for shipping labels
I have an etsy shop so I am printing off labels often and using a lot of tape to make sure they don’t come off the package. When I saw this I thought it might be a great product for me so I wouldn’t have to use regular paper and tape. I haven’t been able to explore the app a whole lot, but there seems to be a lot of things I can do with it. The majority of the time, I am printing shipping labels though. It prints very well, the labels are easy to read and I’ve not had any issues with the post office reading them either. I usually use the 4×6 labels – I haven’t tried any of the other sizes yet. I do love how compact the printer is. It does have a little weight to it which is expected. I like that it’s rechargeable – makes it very mobile. It says that it works with a PC as well as mobile, but I haven’t had a chance to try to download it to my computer yet – or what I’m supposed to download – so I’ve had to navigate how to do certain things with my mobile that I’ve never actually done before, but it is relatively easy to set up and get to print (once user error was rectified). It is a little pricey, but I think it may pay for itself in the long run.

I bought the Phomemo M420 to print 4×6 shipping labels. I wanted something simple and portable. This printer delivered.
Ease of use
I found this printer simple to run. Bluetooth pairing took little effort. The phone app connected fast. I sent a label and the printer responded right away.
Ease of setup
I found setup smooth. I opened the box, installed the app, paired Bluetooth, and loaded labels. The process moved fast. No confusion. No extra steps.
Print quality
I found print quality standard for thermal labels. Text looked clear. Barcodes scanned on the first pass during my tests. Shipping carriers read the labels without errors.
Size
I enjoyed the size. The body fits well in one hand. The footprint stays small on a desk or packing table.
Portableness
I enjoyed how easy this printer moves around. I carried the unit from my desk to another room during packing. No cable mess. Bluetooth connection stayed stable.
Print speed
I found the speed right for label work. The printer runs around 30 labels per minute. I sent a batch of labels and watched them print one after another without delay.
Value for the money
I compared this printer with other shipping label printers in the same category. I found the M420 a strong value. The portability and Bluetooth control give more flexibility than many desk style units. You receive solid performance for the money spent.
If you ship packages and want a compact Bluetooth label printer, this unit performs well. I found the setup easy. The speed works for steady shipping sessions. The size makes storage simple.
I just love this thing! Here is the reason why:
1. Portable – my main reason of buying this printer.
2. Easily connects on my android samsung phone.
3. Options in paper feed- either a roll you put inside or a stack can feed at the back part of the printer.
4. Print quality is good. No complain.
Cons: its not as fast printing as those thermal labels that you plug in but it is so handy that I can go anywhere and bring this with me to print whenever and wherever i want.
The pros outweights the cons.
This now ort of my mobile office/craft bag as I can print labels if diff size up to 4inches in width. So think of those possibilities!
