Super sized storage I got the medium case, and it was much bigger than expected! It seems very well made, very sturdy with a lot of thought put into it. The trays inside can be adjusted so that you can fit larger figures inside. Our miniatures aren’t magnetic, but a little bit of museum putty keeps them in place. The inside foam smells a bit when you first get it.
I’m not sure how much I would trust the lock as it’s very simple, but having everything in this vault makes it feel more secure as it would be more difficult for someone to simply snatch something from it.
I like the hard build of the case to keep our miniatures safe at home as well – several of our ships could be carelessly broken by our cats, but this keeps them protected and ready to carry to our next event.
Great Mini Storage Very solid and sturdy case. It has a good weight to it but isn’t too heavy to casually carry it around. The glass front is clear and durable. It definitely feels like it could take some damage from kids throwing things at it while keeping your items protected. The best part is it comes shipped as is. The only thing needed is to remove the plastic from the front glass and the shelves. Otherwise, its ready to go so setup is easy. The shelves are removable and hight is easily adjustable based on what you want to put in here. So far my minis and Lego pieces fit well in here to keep them protected from dust and generally getting lost out in the open. The case comes with 2 latches to keep the items “locked” inside which is nice. However, the 2 keys that come with the latches feel useless as there’s no actual lock mechanism inside the keyhole to actually lock this with the key. Overall its a great case, just confused about the purpose of the keys.

My purchase was influenced by the actual product information and my intent to actually use this case for it’s intended purpose. This case is an amazing value – The walls seem to be reinforced plastic with an aluminum framework and corners – very sturdy and well constructed. The front door has a small wheel at the bottom opening edge to keep the door hinge steady while opening – very nice touch. The foam slotted sides that hold the trays can be adjusted by 1″ intervals as shown. The trays are very solid and sturdy and work well with all the various base magnets I tried. Lastly, here are some realistic photos of how many minis you can place in each tray. It will vary by miniature and size as you can see. The blood bowl minis are on 32mm bases and you could possibly get up to 35 per tray. The western minis are 28mm on 25mm bases and you could possibly get up to 70 on a tray. Excellent case – perfect for storing and transporting your delicate magnetized minis without damage! I would definitely be interested in getting the larger size eventually.
