I’ve been using this egg incubator for a short time and it’s very easy to set up and use. The temperature seems stable and the design is simple to understand. It works well for beginners and fits nicely in small spaces. Overall, a reliable option for hatching eggs at home.

The double layer design is the thing that separates this from most incubators in the category. Two trays stacked means 48 eggs in roughly the same footprint as a single layer 24 egg unit. For a backyard flock where you want to run larger batches, that density matters.
Automatic turning runs every 60 minutes and stops three days before hatch. That auto-stop detail matters more than it sounds. Early chicks can get caught in a turner that keeps running and it is a preventable loss. External water fill means you never have to crack the lid and disrupt internal conditions to top up humidity. The built-in candler handles egg checks without needing a separate flashlight. Digital display shows temp and humidity in real time with audible alarms if either drifts. The emergency power cord for battery backup during outages is a genuinely thoughtful addition that most competing units skip.
Humidity management in the final three days takes attention. It does not fully run itself during that stretch and some reviewers hit instability right when consistency matters most- including myself. Going in with that expectation and monitoring more closely toward hatch day is the right approach.
The double layer also creates a cleanup reality worth knowing. Material from the top tray drips to the lower during hatching. Soaking non-electrical parts after the cycle handles it but the mess is real.

Went great with initial test!
I tried this out with out eggs for a few days bc my rooster is apparently too laid back and I do not currently have fertile eggs. Lol being able to try it out with out eggs gave me a good idea of how it works. It is fairly quiet and stayed pretty consistent for temp and humidity during the time I was testing it. I had a switchbot thermometer in it as well to see how it compared. On the switchbot, it was measuring within a degree or so of the temp on the incubator. It was apparently a bit hotter than the incubator temp which is definitely not bad. We would just account for that and adjust the temp.
I am not sure how well the temp and humidity hold up long term since I havent had it go for the full time. However, from what I have seen, I am impressed. I really want some eggs now to really try it out. Lol
Everything is pre-set which is great but you can still adjust it if needed.
One thing I love about this one that I have never seen with previous incubators I have bought, is the cord that allows you to hook to a battery in case you lose power. This is super smart bc there is always risk of losing power while running an incubator and it is a constant fear of mine. We do have a generator but this cord could potentially save eggs if you dont have a generator.
The 2 layer design is definitely interesting as well. I think it would be fun to try it out with both layers going.
Works well, but can be messy
Great if you want to hatch a lot of eggs at once.
This is very similar to the single layer egg hatchers.
In this case the second layer lets you double production.
NOTE: Hatching days are significantly messier if you are using both layers.
These devices always take significant cleaning after a hatching cycle, so its not unexpected but with stuff from the top layer oozing to the lower, you can imagine the extra mess.
Soak non-electrical parts in a bucket to loosen hardened goo.

This one has water storage in the base of the unit VS side bottles to maintain a moist environment.
Good egg candler so you can identify eggs that are not developing, discard these.
You REALLY don’t want an egg that sat heated and rotted inside for 20-30 days getting cracked by the baby chicks.
Alarm system that alerts temperature and moisture being too high or low.
This can handle eggs from large goose/peacock eggs and even turkey eggs down to songbird eggs.
Most people are typically hatching chicken and duck eggs.
Recommended to mist the egg shells a few days before hatching to soften shells.
Good value if you need one to do this many at once.
