I’m impressed with this detector, especially at this price point. It feels well made, the controls are straightforward, and it offers several useful functions in one device. What stood out to me most is that it can help check for hidden cameras in more than one way, including lens detection and RF signal detection with adjustable sensitivity. It was also much easier to use than I expected. The adjustment controls are simple, and it did not take long to understand how to switch modes and fine-tune the sensitivity. That matters, because with products like this, overly complicated controls would make them much less useful in real situations. I tested it with devices I already had at home, including a phone connected to a Bluetooth device, and it picked up the signal from a surprisingly good distance. That gave me a lot more confidence that it can detect weaker or less obvious transmissions too. For something in this price range, the sensitivity seems very solid. Overall, this feels like a practical tool to keep on hand for travel or peace of mind. Good build quality, useful features, and easy enough for a regular person to use without frustration.
I’m very impressed with how well this device works, especially for the price! It is very well made and has many different useful features built in to detect cameras including infrared light to spot a pinhole lens with an IR lens to illuminate and easily spot the reflection, as well as an RF detector with adjustable sensitivity to detect any RF transmissions of wireless cameras or audio transmitters. It is surprisingly easy to use and has easy adjustment knobs at the top to tune the sensitivity of the RF signal meter. I tested it using my cellphone that was connected to a bluetooth speaker which was constantly emitting an RF signal and this picked it up from very far away so this should be able to detect even very faint RF signals or lower power transmissions easy too.
