Nice and practical
This set comes with six pieces. Each bowl has three: the glass base, plastic basket insert, and lid that snaps on. The middle part of the lid is a very flexible, thin, elastic-like clear sheet so that you can overfill the bowls and still close the lid. I don’t know how durable that thin film will be over time. Hopefully, it will hold up as it does seem like an effective way to increase the storage capacity. The materials are high quality and the lids snap on easily. I kind of wish there was a way to vent the lid when storing produce that needs a little airflow, but these are tightly sealed when closed. We buy a lot of organic produce, which spoils faster and it really does stay fresh longer when you can control moisture and keep things well-drained. It’s also convenient to be able to wash fruit and let it drain while storing it and not have to wait.
No care instructions, but hopeful
I was very excited to get these containers! With the price of fruit I wanted to make sure I wasn’t throwing any away. I don’t like plastic and these do have a plastic inner basket but at least the outer bottom container is glass. What surprised me was the lid – it is not a hard lid. The center is soft and plyable. I am concerned with how long these will last – they came with no care instructions or manufacturer information so once the lid is useless so is the rest of the container.
Let me start by saying my vegetable drawer has historically been where produce goes to die a slow, forgotten death. When these containers arrived, I was skeptical that anything could rescue my sad, wilting greens. The set comes with two glass containers, each with a removable colander insert and flexible silicone lids. The glass is thick borosilicate, so it feels substantial and sturdy, not like it’ll shatter if I look at it wrong.
I tested them with a bag of spinach that was two days from turning into science experiment territory. The greens went into the colander, a little water in the bottom of the glass container to keep humidity up, lid on, into the fridge. A week later, that spinach was still crisp and usable. I’ve since used them for strawberries, lettuce, and even leftover cut veggies. The lids seal tight enough that I’d trust them to not leak if I tipped one over, and the colander lifts out easily for rinsing produce without dumping water everywhere.
* What I liked: The glass is high-quality and doesn’t absorb odors or stains. The removable colander is genius for washing and draining. Lids seal securely without being a struggle to close. They stack nicely in my fridge without taking over the whole shelf.
* What I’d note for others: The silicone lids are flexible, so you have to make sure they’re seated correctly for a proper seal. They’re not microwave-safe with the lids on, but the glass itself is fine. Hand wash recommended for longevity, though the glass is dishwasher safe.
They’ve genuinely extended the life of my produce and made my fridge feel organized for once. I’m hoping the silicone lids hold their flexibility over time and don’t get floppy, because these containers have earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
Great set of versatile and high quality kitchen storage

The description says that the top is stretchy and pliable. But I guess I didn’t realize just how much. The top is some sort of clear silicone type material that has an almost tacky feel to it. It seems good and thick and of high-quality. It’s super nice when you want to pack it with fruit or whatever that don’t fit perfectly. You can still smoosh the lid down and it will work around the highest layer of items. Really cool.
The inner drip tray is nice too. I put each selection of fruit in the tray, rinsed them in the sink, let them drip for a minute, and then put them in the container. This way they can continue to drip and not sit right in their own water.
The whole set up is just very nice quality. From the packaging to the items themselves. Everything seems like it’s built to last and looks very nice. Everything being dishwasher safe is also a huge perk. I’m so tired of buying low end kitchen stuff that ends up warping in the dishwasher after three rounds.
You pay a little bit extra for this, no doubt about that. But like with most things in life, you get what you pay for. And so far, I’m not disappointed.
These are very nice, high quality, heavyweight produce keepers. I got tired of plastic ones that don’t latch properly – these close easily with a solid click. Salad and tomatoes, so far, stay fresh and crisp.
I really like these containers. All three sizes in the set are very useful to me, so I don’t feel like it was a waste to buy three only to get the one I really want. Terrific for a lightweight, unbreakable material for those of us who don’t want to constantly use plastic. We use a lot of glass, but these stainless steel containers are so much lighter, and I don’t have to worry about them breaking when used on the go. I will say – the lid locks are hard to snap on. Others reviews mention it, but I was used to that type of lid so I thought it wouldn’t be a big thing. It’s not a deal-breaker, but they are harder than others with a similar design. Not harder to open; just to close. Nice that they can be put in the dishwasher! And the lids are flat, so you can stack them in the fridge. I wish the lids were clear instead of dark gray, but you can still mostly see what’s in there. If I had more than one set, I’d want clear lids.
Endlich ein zuverlssiger kleiner Helfer im Khlschrank.
Vor dem Kauf hatte ich Bedenken, dass diese Vorratsdosen nur auf Fotos gut aussehen und dann ungenutzt herumstehen wrden. Ich hatte zu Hause schon so viele schlechte Erfahrungen mit Plastikdosen gemacht. Entweder schlossen die Deckel nicht richtig, oder das Gemse welkte nach ein paar Tagen. Ich sagte sogar zu dieser kleinen Dose: Enttusch mich nicht!” Aber nach einiger Zeit hat sie meine Erwartungen wirklich erfllt. Beim ersten Mal fllte ich sie mit frisch gekauften Kirschtomaten und Weintrauben und stellte sie direkt in den Khlschrank. Ein paar Tage spter, als ich sie ffnete, war das Obst immer noch knackig und nicht matschig wie sonst. Ich war berrascht und insgeheim zufrieden mit mir.
Ich lebe allein und bin beruflich sehr eingespannt, daher gehe ich nur einmal pro Woche einkaufen. Frher machte ich mir Sorgen, nach dem Einkauf keine Zeit mehr zum Kochen zu haben, und dann standen die Lebensmittel einfach ein paar Tage im Khlschrank und verdarben. Dieses Mal habe ich Salat, Gurken und Blaubeeren separat hineingelegt, und der Abtropfkorb unten war wirklich praktisch. Nach dem Waschen konnte ich sie einfach hineinstellen; ich musste keinen weiteren Korb suchen. Einmal war ich nach der Arbeit total mde, und als ich den Khlschrank ffnete, um die Einkufe zu holen, konnte ich direkt loskochen — das hat mir viel Zeit gespart. Peinlich war nur, dass ich den Deckel beim ersten Mal nicht ganz zugedrckt hatte. Ich dachte schon, er sei kaputt, aber dann merkte ich, dass ich es einfach eilig hatte, und nachdem ich ihn nochmal zugedrckt hatte, war alles in Ordnung.
Das Glas wirkt recht dick und hat ein gutes Gewicht, ganz anders als die dnnen Plastikdosen, die ich frher benutzt habe. Es lsst sich auch leicht reinigen; ich habe es einfach in die Splmaschine gegeben, und es hat keinen Geruch hinterlassen. Ich mag die Transparenz; ich muss nicht jede Dose ffnen, um etwas zu finden. Der Khlschrank sieht jetzt auch viel ordentlicher und schner aus. Anfangs fand ich den Preis etwas hoch, aber jetzt merke ich, dass man mit einer Packung lange auskommt, was viel praktischer ist, als stndig billige Packungen nachzukaufen. Jedenfalls ist sie zu einem festen Bestandteil meines Khlschranks geworden; jetzt hole ich sie als Erstes, wenn ich Obst kaufe, damit sie sich an die Arbeit macht.
Excellent Purchase
They stack into the large container so it’s great for storage when not being used. They are stainless steel but I haven’t tested them in the microwave yet (they’re supposed to be OK for 5 minutes in the microwave)
This item works really well for berries. Keeps them fresh for weeks, just be sure after you wash them, you dry them well. I put a folded dry paper towel on top before closing, to insure the extra moisture gets absorbed.
Excellent, healthy, toxic, free plastic alternative for storing food. I read the reviews where some customers complained that the lids weren’t properly fitting. I had the same issue in the beginning. After running the food containers through the dishwasher a couple of times they now fit perfectly. I don’t think that fitting was the issue. I’m thinking that it was too stiff to fit on properly. Now all of the lids fit on perfectly. These are very sturdy held up very well in the dishwasher. I love these. I highly recommend these to anyone trying to safely store their food for their family. I will definitely be purchasing more.
