The design fits an elongated toilet very well, and the control panel sits naturally on the side without getting in the way.

No more dealing with a cold seat!!
Warm seat that gives you a clean feeling after using it. The hot air for drying is a nice touch. The rotating or swiveling water nozzle does t make a whole lot of difference. But it works. The instructions could be slightly clearer. But not too hard to figure out. Fits my elongated bowl perfectly.

Installation was quick and easy, but a few notes could be added to the instruction booklet for clarity.

I am impressed by the response/communication by the seller, as it leaves a consumer with confidence both current questions and improvements for future consumers will be addressed.

I am thankful and pleased with customer service response and assistance with any of my concerns.

1) the PE hose and quick connect. If you have drip irrigation, you’ll know how to use this, but if you do not, if you need to remove tubing after you push it all the way into the connector (in case you want to later shorted the hose), you must depress the outer ring on the connector to release the tube.

2) the SS Pads had to be placed concave UP. The online picture and enclosed booklet doesn’t show any detail. If you put it reversed, the screw sits too high and blocks the seat when you try to slide it into the bracket. I simply reversed the brackets and the seat slid over the screw heads without issue.

3) be sure to turn off the water valve and flush the toilet to empty the tank before getting started.

4) ECO mode in the booklet, but there is some info on the amazon page and google. States saves 65% energy…but does NOT say with respect to WHAT. Online search states a bidet with ECO will drop to lowest temp when not in use and immediately boost to higher level it was at when in use.

FUNCTION

Seat is hot, water is warm enough. Pressure and sprays are all good and work well.

Timing is a bit delayed between functions, but using the AUTO function that cycles through cleaning and drying works quickly and makes it easier than pressing multiple buttons.

The side controls could have been wider or moved “out” a bit. If I were to purchase again, I may go for the remote model.
