Excellent Keyboard So Fa
This epomaker keyboard has performed well so far. It has both a great feel and a unique design. The keycaps are a joy to use. I genuinely like them more than any keyboard I have used in the past. The volume knob is fantastic for quick volume changes without having to press volume up/down keys. The screen built into the side of the keyboard sets it apart from others. While this screen is largely cosmetic, it does have the useful feature of allowing you to control the keyboard backlight settings using fn+pressing the volume knob down. Other than that, the built in screen displays basic info like battery/time or a gif you can upload through the epomaker site.
However, that brings us to one of the downsides of this keyboard: its software. You can only configure the keyboard through cloud-based software meaning that if epomaker decides not to support that site anymore, you can no longer customize the keyboard. The package the keyboard came in had a “software” QR code to scan which led me to believe there was downloadable software, but scanning that QR resulted in a link to the generic “drivers” page from epomaker. Their site does have a drivers download for the keyboard, but using that download for this exact model results in an error stating that the supported keyboard was not found. Another issue that may be worth your attention is that keyboards I have used from epomaker in the past have had switches fail relatively quickly (within 3-6 months). While their keyboards are initially impressive, they have not lasted for me. I am hoping this keyboard will be the exception. As of now, I have had no issues with it and if it lasts, I would fully recommend it to anyone interested in a customizable keyboard with a small form factor. It is exceptionally customizable, has a great battery life, and is 1/3 the price of similar keyboards.
Nice compact keyboard with useful features
I’ve been using a basic keyboard for a while, so switching to this one feels like a nice upgrade. The smaller layout gives me more space on the desk, and I noticed that right away when moving my mouse around. It comes well packed, and taking it out of the box, it feels great with enough weight to stay in place.
Typing on it feels smooth, and the keys aren’t too loud, so it’s comfortable to use for longer periods. The screen turns on quickly and shows easy info at a glance, and I didn’t expect to use it much, but it’s actually kind of useful. The knob feels natural too, I can adjust things without reaching for extra controls, and it just works.
The wireless connection keeps my desk looking cleaner with fewer cables, and the lights add some style without being distracting. Charging is easy and doesn’t interrupt use much. After using it for a while, it fits well as a daily keyboard that balances comfort, looks, and ease of use.
Those keycaps are fire!
I picked up the black version with the see through keycaps, and honestly that alone makes this keyboard stand out on my desk. The RGB shines through really nicely without looking over the top. It’s one of those setups that just looks good whether the lights are on or off. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, GIVE THESE KEYCAPS A TRY!
Typing feel is where this keyboard really surprised me. The Creamy Jade switches live up to the name, super smooth with that deeper “thocky” sound that makes you want to keep typing. It doesn’t feel cheap at all. The board has some weight to it, so it stays planted, and the gasket mount gives it a softer, more comfortable feel during longer sessions.
The knob and screen felt a bit gimmicky at first, but I ended up using the knob more than I expected for volume. The screen is more of a nice bonus than a must have, but being able to throw a custom GIF on it is pretty fun.
Battery life is solid. I don’t find myself worrying about charging it often, even with RGB on. Switching between devices is also really easy, which is great if you’re bouncing between a PC and something else.
If I had to nitpick, the plastic case doesn’t feel as premium as aluminum boards, but it’s still sturdy enough that it doesn’t really bother me. Also, if you’re coming from a full size keyboard, the 75% layout might take a day or two to get used to. For the price point though, this is a 5/5 in my opinion.
Overall, this is a really well rounded keyboard. Looks great, sounds great, and has a ton of features without feeling overcomplicated. Definitely one of my favorite pickups lately.

I’m genuinely impressed with this EPOMAKER TH80 V2 Pro—it checks all the boxes and feels absolutely worth the price. The 75% compact layout is perfect for saving desk space while still keeping everything functional. The build quality stands out right away with its thick, sturdy shell, and the overall design looks clean and premium. The RGB lighting is vibrant and customizable, and the addition of the metal knob and small LCD screen makes it feel like a high-end, modern keyboard. The screen is actually useful too—I like being able to quickly check time, battery, and keyboard status at a glance.
Battery life is another highlight. The 10000mAh battery easily lasts for long sessions without constantly worrying about charging, which is a big plus for wireless use.
Typing on this keyboard is a great experience. The switches feel smooth and satisfying with a soft, “creamy” sound that isn’t too loud—perfect for both work and gaming. You still get that classic mechanical feel without it being distracting.
Customization is where this keyboard really shines. You can tweak per-key RGB, side lighting, light bars, screen display, and even swap switches and the knob. It’s highly flexible and fun to personalize to your liking.
Overall, this is a well-designed, feature-rich keyboard that delivers on both performance and aesthetics. Definitely worth every penny and easy to recommend.
Creamiest keyboard for the price
I was very impressed by the creamy, marbly sound this keyboard makes. For the same price, my last epomaker keyboard 3 years ago sounded nothing like this even after hand lubing the switches. Would definitely recommend this keyboard with the creamy jade switches on sale if you want to spend less than $100.
It’s a very good keyboard, it sounds great with the creamy switches and the rgb lights and screen are great. Albeit you can’t really see which key it is when its very dark, bcs the way the rgb shines its hard to see which key is which. A few drawbacks with it are, you can’t control the side rgb and the rgb between esc and f1 with the software only via shortcuts and with limited control. The web software is nice bcs there’s no need to install anything but it needs work and the rgb modes aren’t the best or easiest to edit, it also lacks via support with other software.

Perfect for my pink setup. Sounds and feels really good. I’m getting the satisfying thocks. The mini screen adds the ability to put a gif which makes it even cuter.
Starkes Prebuilt-Board
Die TH80 V2 PRO ist fr mich aktuell eine der strksten Prebuilt-Boards in ihrer Klasse. EPOMAKER hat hier vieles richtig gemacht, was man sonst eher aus der Custom-Keyboard-Szene kennt. Direkt out of the box kaum strendes Ping, ordentlich gedmpfter Sound und ein berraschend sauber abgestimmtes Tippgefhl.
Das Board hat einen angenehm tiefen, leicht thocky Sound ohne dieses billige hohle Plastik-Feeling, das viele Fertigboards haben. Die Stabilizer waren bei meinem Exemplar ab Werk schon ordentlich lubed — kaum Rattle auf Spacebar oder Enter, was in der Preisklasse echt selten ist. Mit ein bisschen Tape-Mod oder anderen Keycaps kann man hier nochmal richtig viel rausholen.
Das 75%-Layout ist meiner Meinung nach der Sweet Spot zwischen Productivity und Gaming. Man bekommt F-Row und Arrow Keys, ohne dass das Board unntig gro wird. Auerdem: Hot-Swap, VIA/QMK-Support bzw. gute Customization-Mglichkeiten und Tri-Mode sind einfach extrem angenehm, wenn man hufiger zwischen Setup, Laptop und Tablet wechselt.
Die Switches fhlen sich erstaunlich smooth an, besonders nach leichtem Nachlubing. Das PCB akzeptiert problemlos andere 5-Pin-Switches, daher ist das Board auch super als Einstieg in die Custom-Szene geeignet. Plate und Mounting sorgen fr ein leicht flexiges, angenehmes Bottom-Out ohne zu weich zu sein.
Kurz gesagt: Wer keine Lust hat, direkt 300+ in ein Full-Custom zu stecken, bekommt hier ein Board, das schon sehr nah an das typische Custom Keyboard Feel” rankommt. Fr Modder genauso interessant wie fr Leute, die einfach ein gutes Prebuilt wollen.
Perfect Size & Creamy Sound
Absolutely obsessed with my Epomaker keyboard! The size is perfect, the typing sound is so creamy and satisfying, the RGB lighting is gorgeous, and the overall aesthetic is just chef’s kiss. It feels super premium and the build quality exceeded my expectations. Definitely one of my favorite setups!
Buttery smooth Mechanical Keyboard.
I chose this mechanical keyboard as I was getting tired of the Apple magic keyboard which has no light and not much feel on the keys.
This one is buttery smooth, a nice thonk on the keys, plenty of colours choices with the RGB lights, keyboard has a good weight to it with ample battery life, factor in the price vs the quality and you can’t go too far wrong.
