Day 0
1. Please use eggs within 7 days of birthfor hatching.
2. Clean the surface of the eggs with a wet paper towel (bacteria on the eggshell may infect the chicks).
3. If you do not know how to disinfect the eggs, just make sure the surface is clean.
Day 7
Check after day 7, day 10, day 15 and day 19.
1. Check them one by one with light.
2. If you can see blood in the eggs, they are well developed, otherwise they are unfertilized or weakly fertilized and will not hatch and you need to mark these unfertilized eggs. This can improve the hatching rate.
The last 3-4 days of incubation
In order to stop turning the eggs, the egg tray needs to be removed.
Place eggs on the grid.

1. Add warm water at 38°C (100.4°F) to the spray bottle.
2. Spray the eggs 3 times with the spray bottle and the water will fall naturally on the eggs.
3. Spray 3-5 times a day and close the lid of the machine after spraying.

Easy to put together and easy to use. This incubator is a solid plastic material and has built in humidity and candeler. The unit feels sturdy and strong for many years of use. Quiet and a great value for the dollar, paying for itself in one hatching.
Good for small home setup
This is a really solid little incubator, especially for the size and price. Setup is straightforward and everything kind of just makes sense right out of the box. The styrofoam insulator helps with maintaining the temperature and humidity in cooler weather, and the auto-fill waterer keeps the humidity under control. This was quick to get setup. The display is easy to read and setup. It’s been holding temps very well. The candler built into the top functions well and is nice to be able to quickly check progress. Overall I am really happy with how it has been working and I think that this would make a great incubator for anyone wanting to try hatching out their own eggs.

A dramatic improvement in egg incubatio
This ’12 Egg Incubator with Auto Turner, Built-in Candler & Humidity Display’ is so useful and the perfect alternative to my old methods.
I used to incubate goose eggs in a clunky old timey oven-like monstrosity, which required constant hand-turning, spritzing and monitoring. Even then I only managed 50/50 success. But this nifty little incubator takes care of all those details that come so instinctually to nature but so mystifyingly to a human like me.
It has features like humidity display, auto-rotate and a candling option. I thought that was pretty cool. It also vents to make sure the internal environment doesn’t stray from optimum temps and humidity. You can adjust humidity depending on incubation cycles so it keeps precise scientific control over the process.
The unit is lightweight and easy to use. The controls are intuitive and perfect for beginners, families, students and lazy chickens. It has a clear dome so you can monitor progress from start to finish.
I’m very happy with this item and the price seems very fair to me. This is a win, across the boards.
