Restful sleep
ecently purchased the Rainbow Cervical Neck Pillow and have been really impressed with the results. The ergonomic design provides excellent support for my neck and shoulders, helping to relieve stiffness and tension I usually wake up with. The contour shape keeps my spine aligned whether I’m sleeping on my back or side, which has noticeably improved my sleep quality.
The material feels soft yet supportive—not too firm and not too flat—and it holds its shape well throughout the night. I also love the breathable cover, which stays cool and comfortable.
It did take me a couple of nights to get used to the shape, but once I adjusted, I noticed a big difference in how rested I felt in the morning. If you struggle with neck pain or poor sleep posture, this pillow is definitely worth trying.
Overall, a great balance of comfort and support. I would recommend it to anyone looking for better neck alignment and more restful sleep.
Fine, But The Cover Sucks
Pillow feels nice. Not too firm, not too soft. Nice neck support. Only complaints are 1) the washable cover, which ripped where the middle button is, not even 3 days into sleeping on this pillow, and now there’s just a hole in it. Maybe the cover should be a little bit thicker. 2) It isn’t really very cooling as advertised, but it doesn’t make you uncomfortably hot either.
Best pillow I have ever slept on! I have had a purple pillow, smooth spine pillow, and every other pillow imaginable. This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST pillow I have even had! I have degenerative issues in my neck and have spent thousands of dollars on pillows, doctors, massages, etc. I’ve been sleeping on this for almost a week and I have NO NECK PAIN! It’s definitely a keeper!
Reduced Tossing and Kept My Head Cradled Overnight, Two Weeks of Great Sleep, Easy-To-Remove Cove
I’ve been using this Rainbow Note neck pillow for the last two weeks and thoroughly enjoying it. As a back sleeper, I’ve found it cradles my head during the night, and I wake up in the morning with more energy due to the lack of tossing and turning. The dual height design, 3.9 vs. 4.8 inches with the pad, is noticeable, as I can tell when the pillow is rotated—I solely use the lower height. Moreover, the side contours/cutouts are nice for lying on my side, yet if I fall asleep on my side, I find I naturally rotate into the back position during the evening—which is great.
The pillow arrived vacuum-packed and expanded within an hour. It did have a slight scent of memory foam upon opening; however, this disappeared between the 4 hours after unpacking and going to bed, as I used it immediately. Care is straightforward, as the cover has a single zipper and snap button to remove the cover. The label states to machine wash cold and air-dry the cover and to not wash the foam insert. I followed these instructions, and the cover looks great and fits perfectly.
Notably, this pillow is much lower than my previous adjustable memory foam pillow (shredded foam, add/remove to user preference); yet alone it is perfect for height for sleeping. For reading or watching TV, I felt it was too low and used a 2nd pillow for additional height—this is all with an adjustable bed and having the head section elevated. This isn’t an issue and doesn’t justify any star deductions, as improved sleep is the main goal.
Overall, this Rainbow Note is a fantastic pillow, and I don’t see myself going back to my old rectangular adjustable memory foam pillow. I think the value proposition is just right ($35 at the time of review), and I would purchase a 2nd one for my spouse at this price. Yet, I would hesitate if the price were higher, as there isn’t a significant amount of material to this pillow (foam or cover), and the height is only good for sleeping (potentially a 1-star deduction if the value returns to $60). Rainbow Note’s customer service seems top-notch, as the instruction manual and care guide are well written and suggest contacting them if you need additional support pads.

The pillow expanded properly with no odd odors, and the material felt soft yet structured from the first touch.
