Nice larger deep dish casserole comparable to Pyrex
This now my second MEAIHOML Casserole Dish, love them, just about as much as my old Deep Dish Pyrex casserole. From the pictures I am trying to show that the 9 X 13 casserole dishes, this one and my Pyrex are very close to the same size; the Pyrex a bit taller but this one a smidge wider and longer. The good thing about the size difference is that the Pyrex nest well in this one to store. When I got the first MEAIHOML deep dish casserole my main concern was that the handles would break off easily, after six months of use not a problem and easier to move and handle than the solid Pyrex handles. The casserole cleans up nicely, even baked on burnt food (yes I have been known to overcook) comes off with minimal soaking and scrubbing. My first casserole dish of this brand is white, easier to keep clean than this beautiful dark blue, forgot dark colors show water spots and mysterious white stains. The dish distributes the heat evenly with no hot spots. I have yet to have any recipe and I do double them sometimes, run over, the plus for Deep Dish.
With my first MEAIHOML Large Baking Dish I thought the price was up there, significantly higher than the tried and true Pyrex but after using for a while not as big an issue. If you are on a budget or aren’t concerned about how nice it looks to serve in the casserole dish (this one presents well), I believe the Pyrex is still the way to go.
Beautiful, heavy duty, DEEP casserole dish
I love cooking and baking for my partner and I, and I have been needing another nice big heavy duty pan that I can use for roasting, etc, which is why I decided to order this casserole dish. First off, I love the large handles, they make it a lot easier to hold onto the pan than the type of small type of little flap handles my other pans have. Secondly, it is larger in size and deeper than I expected, which is perfect. Even my largest casserole dish will be full to the tippy top when I make lasagna and it spills over, this one will be replacing it as it has much deeper sides than most casserole dishes. The deep blue cover is also really pretty, it’s like midnight blue and looks really nice and shiny and higher end. It feels very heavy, and heavy duty, like it should last me a while and hold up well, but only time will tell. Overall, a super high quality nice thick deep pan that I will be using to cook with often, so I definitely recommend this pan to others.

This baking dish is perfect for making food for a group! Wow! I saw this beautiful ceramic casserole dish at a great price, and knew it would be perfect for making big quantities of food for family and community gatherings. I have been using two medium-sized casserole dishes, and being able to use just one is really nice! The dish is very well made of ceramic, with large hand holds. It is deep, perfect for nice thick lasagnas, or anything else! It is sturdy and durable, does have some weight but is still easy for this old grandma to haul around. It cleans like a dream–one reason why I love ceramic! It heats evenly and well, and holds the heat for quite a while. It has very high heat tolerances, and can be used in the freezer, too. The nonporous surface resists scratching. I am incredibly happy with this dish, and will use it frequently all summer long. I recommend it without hesitation. It would make a fabulous gift for anyone who needs a larger dish occasionally, and would be appreciated! Wow! Did I mention it is beautiful!

Great depth and volume. Massive 5 quart capacity. Handles heavy family sized meals without boiling over. High temperature resilience. Rated for extreme heat, capable of withstanding 800 degree f. Excellent heat distribution. The thick ceramic walls promote even baking ensuring that the center of your casserole is cooked through without burning the edges. Table ready aesthetic. Love the deep navy blue glaze color. Elegant enough to go straight from your oven to the table. It is heavy when empty and very heavy when full. It requires more cabinet height then a standard pan. This casserole dish is NICE! Much bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise. It is a well-made ceramic dish that is deep – would be great for layered meals such as lasagna since it is so deep. I also love the beautiful blue color! Great value for a great casserole!
