Very cool exhaust fan. I actually ordered this to install it in the garage as I have a duct available in a very good location, and we get so much rain here in South Florida and when we bring the car inside, quite a bit of water stays on the floor for a while, so this came up at a great time. In my case, installation was much easier than in a bathroom because I have access to the attic in the garage, so I was able to do all the work from above. Electrical connection was a breeze and so far it has been working perfectly. I just leave it with the humidity sensor on, and it does all the work. As a bonus, I have bluetooth speaker available whenever I’m working in the garage.
Good bathroom exhaust fan with smart home functions and lighting effects
This fan features a, wall-mounted remote with clear functionality, and a full-panel LED cover that provides superior lighting compared an older strip-light model. The built-in humidity sensor allows for set-and-forget operation, complemented by app control for added convenience. The installation appears straightforward, particularly with the surface-mount option I prefer, and it includes both a plug and WAGO connectors for easy hardwiring.
Heavy snow could potentially cause backflow and drippage into the unit so a backflow damper would have been useful for snow climates.

Fixes ALL of the annoyances of my current fan!
A couple years ago, I purchased the best possible fan for my master bath that the orange box store carried. While it works, over time I have some quirks that annoy me. I use the ambient light as a nightlight and it’s a hassle to turn on/off. It doesn’t have adjustable RGB lights, just 6 solid colors and varied output, the way the grill/light is installed, you can see the cut hole from the sides so it looks bad. This one addresses all of those. The remote just attaches to the wall with clear buttons for each function, the light panel is the ENTIRE cover instead of a strip so this will work way better as a light than my other, it has humidity sensing so I can leave it running all the time, and of course app control. Install looks straightforward, with surface mounts which I prefer. Comes prewired with a plug but connected with a WAGO so you can hardwire to existing wiring, (I still keep my wall switch as sometimes blowing snow can accumulate inside the exhaust and cause water to drip inside the fan. I want to be able to sever power when storms come through.) Overall I’m impressed with everything about this fan. The ONLY thing it’s missing is a backflow flap. I’m sourcing one now before I install. I’m also trying to figure out the best way to replace my old one as that cutout is a hair larger than this new one, but that’s on me. Good stuff BSEED!
