Brumate never disappoints! I like my coffee to stay as hot as when I first pour it, and the strova accomplishes that. My husband always says that his only complaint about Brumate is that it keeps his hot drinks hot for hours!…That’s where the mag flip technology really helps. He can flip it up and let his drink cool down a bit. The strova is leak proof like other Brumates too, so no worries when we’re driving or carrying other things. Recommend the strova 10/10!
I really like the size of this tumbler and the lid is great since it locks. I dos wobble a little, after putting it on the table, likely due to the silicone sleeve. Otherwise I love it!

It is beautiful! I got the polka dot. It keeps my coffee hot while I drink it. The top is not a complete twist of so be careful. Just slightly twist to the fight to unlock and lift the lid.
I’ve tried too many travel mugs to count, all said they were leak proof. Yeah right! The Strova truly is! 18 oz is the perfect size, and as long as I remove the silicone bottom sleeve, it fits perfectly in the cup holder in my 4 runner, without having to pull the liner. It kept my coffee hot though not as long as many others, but leakproof is exactly as advertised! I usually have multiple trips to make when I go grocery shopping and it’s frustrating to have make a third trip back to get my coffee cup. The other day I put this mug to the test and clicked the lock bar and tossed it in a tote bag with some groceries. It was half full still at the time. Not a single drop leaked out! I have no qualms sticking this mug in my bag, or wherever to transport. I like having my hands free. It cleans up simply, and the whole thing seems excellent quality, I was slightly worried about the durability of the lid, since it looks like it might be fragile, it’s NOT! I managed to drop it on a cement garage floor, not even a scuff! Plus unlike those monster sized cups, it’s not so big or heavy I can’t just stick it in my purse ! I highly recommend
I’ve been looking for something with a cermaic interior, stays hot like real hot, good lid setup and true leak proof. This has exceeded all expectations! Nice simple design but very effective. Magnetic flip lid that works to perfection. The lid also has a slotted design which grips on nice and snug but is easy to open and very easy to clean. The translucent plastic drinking part also gives a pretty good mouth feel.
Not sure why someone said it’s wobbly it is absolutely not, had a good base and stays sturdy on any surface.
This thing has truly checked all the boxes and worth every penny. I might order a backup.
Leakproof, Sleek, and Feels Like an Upgrade
I have used this mug for about three weeks, and I love it. It keeps my coffee hot, is genuinely leakproof, and fits nicely in my cupholder. The sleek design was a big reason I chose it because I wanted something that looked and felt a little fancier than a regular travel mug.
I do wish it held more coffee, but I knew it was an 18-ounce mug when I bought it, so that is not a fault with the product. It does exactly what it is supposed to do and looks great doing it. Five stars.
I really fell in love with this leakproof insulated ceramic-lined mug by BruMate. It’s a quality brand and product, completely leakproof so no spills in the car or when the grandbaby is around. It keeps hot beverages hot for hours, or keeps cold drinks cold for even longer than hot. I love the deep bluish purple blended color. There are a number of very nice colors and sizes to choose from. It’s super easy to clean. Get yourself one, or two!!
I recently purchased this mug in Dark Aura, and the color is absolutely stunning. After using stainless steel mugs for over 20 years, I decided to make the switch after seeing videos about the potential health concerns of long-term stainless steel use. I am so happy I did!

Nice cup . Warning in write up.
At first instance the cup is beautiful and feels nice to hold not to heavy.
With previous travel mugs I have shaken to mix my black coffee and sweetener rather than using spoons so not to scratch interior.
Warning do not shake as although twisted closed the shaking and heat blew the lid off and hot coffee, exploded coffee everywhere.
Second attempted I have used a silicone long baby spoon to stir so not to scratch interior.
Cup stays cool to touch which is nice, lid does get warm . No leaks when tilted, nice size drinking spout and love the magnet flap holding.
Seems to hold heat well.
Would be a nice touch if specified spoon for stirring could be supplier and cup cleaner but im happy with cup so fa
This absolutely doesn’t leak! I have been looking for a “Thermos” that would not do that and bought several models from souvenir stores and at Ross over the years. The magnetic flap on top as well as the Octolok are huge pluses.
The previous models I dealt with had rubber gaskets that would loosen after constant exposure to hot liquids. To keep those in place, I had to use toothpicks and also flip the container to make sure that there were no leaks.
