This is my new go-to pillow! I was initially unsure about the design due to the irregular shape. But it actually does work well for both back, front, and side-sleeping.
The material is firm enough to provide support, but soft enough to be comfortable. I do wish that a washable cover was included, but the pillow can fit inside most standard pillowcases, so it’s not a big issue.
This pillow does take a little getting used to because you need to find the right angle and placement in order to get comfortable. But I haven’t had any neck pain since using it!

I ordered the ABLEGRID Memory Foam Cervical Neck Support Pillow because I have a stiff neck and was hoping it would also help with my night restlessness. Overall, I think it is a soft and comfortable pillow. I am still getting used to the shape and support, but so far I have found that it works best for me when I sleep on my side.
For some reason, I do not find it as comfortable when sleeping on my back. However, when I lie on my side, the arm areas really seem to help cushion my arm, and I feel like my head and neck fit much better into the pillow’s design. That side-sleeping support is where this pillow stands out most for me.
The pillow also feels well made and seems like good quality overall. It fits nicely into a standard pillowcase, which is convenient. The exterior cover is silky and soft, and even though it comes with a washable case, I still use an extra pillowcase. It is probably not necessary, but I think doing that will help it last longer. The slow-rebound memory foam is also very comfortable and gives gentle support without feeling too firm.
Overall, I would recommend giving this pillow a try if you have trouble getting comfortable around your neck while sleeping.
I’ve tried several pillows like this over the last year, and every one of them fell short in one way or another, until this one. About a year ago I was told I have Kyphosis (a rounding of the spine), and I was advised to try a pillow like this for better support. I’m primarily a side sleeper, and this one has been great for that position. I do roll onto my back during the night, and I haven’t had any issues there either. The biggest difference for me is the height. This pillow has a taller profile than others I’ve tried, and that extra bit of lift, around 3/4″, seems to make all the difference, especially since I have a longer shoulder silhouette. With other pillows, it always felt like my head was slowly sliding downhill. Not with this one.
I’m happy to say I haven’t woken up with a headache in the last 10 days, whereas before I was getting them every other day. It did take a couple of nights to get used to, but once I adjusted, the difference was noticeable. It’s on the firmer side while still being comfortable, and it holds its shape well through the night.
The pillow arrived compressed in shrink wrap, but once I opened it, it expanded within minutes. There was no unpleasant odor at all. The cover is soft, washable, and actually stays cool throughout the night, which is a big deal for me since I tend to get warm and sweat around my hairline and neck. This one has completely taken care of that.
The description says it’s adjustable, but I didn’t see any instructions or clear way to adjust it. That said, I haven’t needed to, it works just fine as is for me. I do like the arm cutout design, although I’ll admit I still sometimes wake up with my hand tucked under the pillow out of habit. Old habits die hard. i was kinda nervous to try this but it’s actually pretty comfortable. it took me a little bit to get used to the shape but after that it felt nice and supportive. my neck felt way better waking up. solid purchase honestly
I’ve been on the hunt for the right pillow for a long time as someone with a hypermobility disorder, and this might honestly be the one.
