Stainless Steel Garden Hose (2026 Model).
This stainless steel garden hose is a practical upgrade over traditional rubber or expandable hoses, primarily because it is virtually impossible to kink. The outer shell is made from high-grade interlocking metal links that allow the hose to slide over rough surfaces, like concrete corners or gravel, without snagging or puncturing. I found that even when intentionally coiled tightly or stepped on, the water flow remains consistent.
The 3/4-inch solid brass fittings are a major plus, as they provide a much tighter seal than the cheap plastic connectors found on many retail hoses. These fittings are crush-resistant and include heavy-duty rubber washers that prevent the annoying leaks often seen at the spigot. Despite being made of metal, the hose is surprisingly lightweight and easy to maneuver around a yard, though it doesn’t “stretch” like a fabric hose—the length you buy is the length you get.
One thing to keep in mind is that while the metal stays cooler than black rubber in the sun, the fittings can still get hot if left in direct sunlight for hours. It is also much easier to roll back onto a hose reel because it doesn’t have the “memory” of a stiff rubber hose. It is a durable, low-maintenance tool for anyone tired of fighting with tangled hoses or dealing with dry rot and sun damage over time.
Good Quality Hose with One Problem.
There seems to some confusion regarding the versions of this product being shipped. The product I received was different than the listing. I received a 10ft version with different fittings on the end. The listing refers to a 50ft version.
The hose I received was a stainless steel hose with brass fittings. It is well made and does not kink. I crush tested the hose up to 180lbs and it did not dent. The fittings are good quality and the hose did not leak.
It came with some thread tape and extra hose washers.
There is one issue with the design of this hose. On the male end of the hose, there is a very narrow knurled brass collar, only about 1/8″ wide. (See photos.) This collar is so narrow it is hard to grip. When you are inserting the hose into another fitting you can grip the black sleeve to screw it down. However, when you need to unscrew the hose from the fitting, you can’t use the black sleeve since it just comes unscrewed itself from the fitting. This means you are trying to unscrew the fitting using a very narrow 1/8″ piece which is very difficult on a tight fitting. For example, when I attached a nozzle to the end (see photo), I had to use a pliers to get it off.
Solidly built metal hose for quick outdoor tasks

Sometimes shorter really is better when you want something quick and easy to grab.
The included nozzle and brass fittings are also nice touches because they help the whole package feel more complete. I cannot speak to long-term durability yet, but based on first impressions, it seems solidly built and thoughtfully made. Overall, if you are looking for a short, compact garden hose that feels sturdier than the average basic hose and is easier to handle for smaller outdoor tasks, this 10-foot version looks like a good choice.
Flexible and versatile - using as an extension to existing hoses
I have an awkwardly shaped lawn that would really benefit from sprinklers that can shoot off in different directions simultaneously, but until now, I hadn’t had a way to hook up multiple hoses in one go. I have an impact sprinkler that has a pass-through, but my only other available hose was like 200 feet long and a bear to wrangle. I needed something short, flexible, and easy to store.
This Suewaxxf stainless steel 10 foot flexible hose saved the day! I used it to connect from sprinkler 1 to sprinkler 2, and all of a sudden I doubled the coverage in one go! The hose comes with plumber’s tape and a few extra rubber gaskets. The hose has several inches of reinforced rubber on the ends. It threaded into everything easily. The 2nd sprinkler was able to cover a lot of ground, suggesting that water pressure remained good.
When I was done, it was easy to roll this hose up and store it in the garage. I have so much more versatility now with this flexible stainless steel hose!
It’s my first stainless steel hose, so I will see how it manages over time compared to rubber or other materials.
